Prayer For New Beginnings
Father, as we focus on new beginnings, show us how to let go of the unforgiveness we hold in our hearts. Help us Lord to release those who have wronged us. Let us apply wisdom in all situations. In everything we do, it is my prayer that we will surrender to Your will and co-operate with the prompting of the Holy Spirit.
May today there be peace within.
May you trust God that you are exactly where you are meant to be.
May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith.
May you use those gifts that you have received, and pass on the love that has been given to you.
May you be confident knowing you are a child of God.
Let this presence settle into your bones, and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, praise and love.
It is there for each and every one of us.
Thank You, Lord. Thank You for being my Father, and thank You for my new life in Christ which I have received by grace through faith. Thank You, that nothing can ever separate me from Your love, and thank You that I have an assurance that I will one day see You in heaven and know You, even as I am known. In Jesus' precious name,

Dear Heavenly Father, my heart is full of joy and thanksgiving that I have trusted in Jesus as my Saviour. Thank You, Lord, that you died to pay the price for my sins. Thank You, that You went to the cross for me and took all the punishment that I deserve. Thank You, that You forgave me of my sins as a free gift of Your amazing grace. I praise and thank You for coming to earth as a Man and living a perfect life so that You could become the sacrifice for sin, the sacrifice for my sin, without which I would have remained dead in my trespasses and without hope in the world.
Lord, please help them to direct their children onto the right path, because you say if they do, when they are older, they will not leave it. (Prov. 22:6) And Father, please give them wisdom to know how to parent. You tell us that if we need wisdom, you are generous and you will give it to us! (James 1:5). Also, Lord thank you that your word is a light for their path on this new journey and a lamp for their feet in every way. (Psalm 119:105) Help them to be on their knees before you and in the word!
God, I pray for an illumination of your truth in this season. May the truth of your Word become real to me in my life. I pray for revelation from heaven. Help me to absorb your Word in such a way that it grows up from within me growing and growing so that it flows from out of me and into my life, my family, my church, and into the earth.
Father, thank you for a fresh start today. Thank you for the reminder of renewal that spring represents to us in the earth. You spring forth a new thing! I am excited and expectant of your goodness in this spring season. Thank you, Father! Prepare me for all the new and wonderful things you have for my life. Help me to let go of the old things that hold me back, the things that do not bring me life, the things that keep me living in the past. I will cling to my new identity in Christ! Help me to keep springing forward in my journey with you!

As we enter into this new era with excitement and even some anxiety,
we recall your deep compassion, presence, and abounding love.
We thank you for the gifts, talents and skills with which you have blessed us.
We thank you for the experiences that have brought us to this moment.
We thank you for the work of others that gives breadth and depth to our own work.
Be with us as we move forward, rejoicing with you and supporting one another.
