Prayer For New Baby Girl
"Oh yes, you shaped me first inside, then out; you formed me in my mother's womb. I thank you, High God-you're breathtaking! Body and soul, I am marvelously made! I worship in adoration-what a creation!"
(Psalm 139:13-14, The Message)
Lord, I pray that my child will not grow with fears, but will instead understand that you are God and you will strength her with your righteous right hand.
Lord, I pray my baby will grow to have a teachable heart and be willing to be taught by you.
Help me to be an example to my child, and to teach and train him or her in God's Word. Give me wisdom to discipline my child according to your ways. May I never stop praying for this gift you've entrusted to me. Lord, let my commitment to raise this child for the glory of your name cause his life to forever testify of your faithfulness.
In the name of Jesus, I pray.

As God watches over us all,
We pray He watches over your new baby.
May your child find safe entry into
The physical and spiritual worlds.
May she feel the love of God
As expressed through your loving arms
As God watches over us all,
He will guide your child

To see true love as expressed by our loving Father.
We who believe are one family, under God.
Together, we ask our Lord to bless this family.
Bless us all with a healthy, happy child
Who will love us as we love you.
Bless the mother with a safe delivery,
and the father with strength to see her through.
Bless this precious child of God,
Who will love you as we love him.
God, this is our prayer, seeking direct intervention in the life out both ourselves and our baby girl. We pray for guidance from You to show her the best paths to choose on her journey. You know her plan in life better than we do, so Father, protect our jewel and let her stay on the path of righteousness. We thank You for giving this miracle, and In Jesus Name, Amen.
Oh Lord, thank You for this new born child. We thank You that You have entrusted this life to (parent's names). Help them to celebrate their child's uniqueness and abilities. Father, Your Word says that before I formed you in the womb, I knew you. Before you were born, I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations. So, Father help these new parents to guide their child in the right direction, so that every plan and purpose You have for their life will be manifested in Jesus Name, Amen.
