Prayer For Porn Addiction
Heavenly Father, I come to you in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Lord, I have sinned through sex addiction in many ways. I ask for your forgiveness, cleansing, guidance, strength, protection and healing for every step along this journey. Father, please create in me a clean heart, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me away from Your presence, and do not take Your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of Your salvation, and uphold me by Your generous Spirit. I commit myself to serving you from this point on in my life, and ask that you will accomplish Your will in my life and not my own. You are my King and I am Your servant. O Lord, open my lips, and my mouth shall show forth Your praise. Teach me Your ways, that I may walk in them for the rest of my life. Thank You, Father. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
Father God, I come to you in the name of Jesus and I repent of this sin and I ask that the blood of Jesus would cleanse my mind and my heart from the images that have been imprinted there. I pray that you would renew my mind with images of you on the cross dying for my sins. Renew my mind with your Word according to Romans 12:1-2. Lead me to the scriptures that would continue my mind renewal process. Free me from this bondage Holy Spirit forgive me for grieving you. You've said that no temptation has laid hold of us that is not common to man and that you would not allow us to be tempted beyond a point where we cannot escape. I pray that you would show me the way out. Show me the traps and roads that the enemy uses that lead me to this temptation so that I may choose another way. Close those doors in the spiritual realm. Show me all the things, people & places that I need to cut off to continue in my freedom. I bind the hand of the enemy. I rebuke the demon of seduction, pornography, incubus, succubus and any other spirits that have attached themselves to me. Amen
Lord, I pray that You would convict each of them of their need to repent of this behaviour and break free of this destructive and sinful addiction. I am sure that this horrible addiction to pornography is a destructive tool of Satan, who seeks to destroy and distort all that is lovely and pure, honourable and godly and encourage all that is evil and lustful.
Thank You, Lord, for I know that You are a God Who hears and answers prayer. Give me Your wisdom, so that I should know what to say if the need arises and also when to be quiet and leave the matter in Your hands. I ask that in Your grace, You would undertake in each of their lives to lift them out of this pornography and return them to the path of purity and grace. In Jesus' name I pray,

Father,
I have been living a fantasy. I hardly feel the prick of conscience anymore. I have become numb and dumbed down in my humanity. I repent of this addiction to pornography. It alienates me from those I love and it alienates me from You, my God. It's a lie, a trick of the devil. I receive the power of your blood that not only forgives me but cleanses me.
Please do forgive me. Please cleanse me. Drive out my sin. And help me to walk in the light, to experience the blessing of my sexuality under the safeguard of your heavenly standard. Amen
O God, by whom the meek are guided in judgment, and light rises up in darkness for the godly: Grant us, in all our doubts and uncertainties, the grace to ask what you would have us to do, that the Spirit of wisdom may save us from all false choices, and that in your light we may see light, and in your straight path may not stumble; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
Direct us, O Lord, in all our doings with your most gracious favor, and further us with your continual help; that in all our works begun, continued, and ended in you, we may glorify your holy Name, and finally, by your mercy, obtain everlasting life; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
Lord, my heart is filled with concern for____________, who is addicted.
You know and see the disorder and chaos that the addiction is causing,
and your heart grieves over the distortion of personality and danger to the soul
that results when someone is in the throes of addiction.
I pray that you will please give me the wisdom and spiritual
fortitude to detach with love and trust in your tender mercies
and that you will give _______________ the humility and strength to seek recovery.
I ask this through the saving grace of your Sacred Heart.

Heavenly Father, I have a couple of friends that have got into pornography and it grieves me as I can see the damage that it is doing not only to themselves but also to their families.
Lord, I just want to lift each one up to You and ask that in Your grace, You would meet each one at their point of need. Give me wisdom to know the best way to help each of my friends and keep me I pray, from falling into a similar destructive pattern of behaviour.
