Prayer For Positive Outcome
Help us this day, Lord, to transform our day so that we may work
eagerly and honestly, and know that everything we do has a place in
Your purpose. We pray that You also transform our family life, so that
we may learn in our homes the peace, love and generosity we should
show to all people. Help us in our national commitment to help
transform society. Inspire us to hunger and thirst for what is right, to
work against injustice wherever we find it and to treat our coworkers
with justice and respect, by taking everything we do and turning it to
good ends. We pray this in Your name. Amen.
Heavenly Father, thou hast graciously blessed us with a rich, wonderful and good world. We thank Thee for all the blessings of this life, our families, our homes, our jobs and our friends. All this has come from Thy benevolent hand. Remind us of the fragility of our existence and help us to remember that life is a gift and that each day is a new one never mundane or routine but given to us by the gracious hand of God. Amen.
Heavenly Father, you know the burden on my heart the recent test results have caused. Regardless of the outcome, I trust in You and lift You up in praise and glory as I wait for further tests and results. Father, I thank You for the blessings You have graced me with and praise Your Holy name. In Your precious Son's name I pray that You lift this burden and bless me again with a clean bill of health. Amen.
Dear Lord, I wait, I hope, I dwell in this place of expectancy, not alone but with you at my side. Father, please come and calm my mind and still my thoughts with truth and life. You are all that I need, for here I can lean into you and find rest. Lord, guard my mind, fill it with heavenly hope and my soul with a peace that surpass understanding. I pray for good news, news that brings release and freedom for me. Yet I know that you are the good news! That in you I have found the greatest treasure, the safest harbour, the most beautiful sanctuary. So I wait, I hope, I dwell with you. Amen.
Lord Jesus, Help me today to serve as a greeter without grumbling or arguing. Change my heart O God, make it ever new. Help me to be blameless and pure in my attitude today. Clothe me with kindness, compassion, humility, gentleness and patience with people. Let your Word judge my attitude if I think about complaining about serving as a greeter volunteer this morning.
I will not let unwholesome or unhelpful talk cross my lips. I will speak only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs. Amen
Father, I am tempted to worry about so many things. Our world is a mess! Forgive me for focusing on anything or anyone but You. Thank You for the Bible that equips and empowers me to live each day. Right now, I declare that You are my only Hope. Please help me remember that You really are in control. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Lord, I want to lay before you all that weighs heavy on my heart. Reveal even the sin I am not aware of, Lord. I lay these at your feet and pray for your forgiveness on me. I believe you when you say that you wash us whiter than snow. Thank you, Lord, for your unending love for me! Help me start fresh right now to make choices that honor you. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Lord, I accept that I am a new creation in Christ Jesus that old things have passed away and all things have been made new. Free me from a spirit of rejection and from pride. I am fearfully and wonderfully made and valuable beyond measure in your eyes. Lord, I accept that I have the mind of Christ and therefore my thoughts will be on the things that Christ would have me think on. God lead me to the right support group where I can have the accountability that you know I will need during this process. Holy Spirit guide my steps, guard my heart, make my will Your will and when I don't know what else to pray please make intercession for me so that I will be free, in Jesus Name, Amen
