Prayer For Pastor Appreciation
Dear loving Father who is in heaven, we are privileged to come before you as a church when we have come together to celebrate the work you have given our pastor in our church, thank you for the programs and activities that we have had today, we have shared so much and want to thank you for the opportunity, the day has ended and want to praise you for what has happened, bless each one of us and even the work we do in various places,as we leave here be with us until another day in Jesus name we pray and believe.Amen
Our heavenly Father, through the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, we want to thank you for allowing us to come before you this day, a day when we are celebrating and appreciating our pastor, we have traveled from far and wide to be here to share the love you have given us with our pastor, we have congregated here with one accord to thank you for our pastor, as we start this program,we want to ask you to guide and be with us until we finish, thank you for the guest and every one of us who is present here, thank you for the Holy Spirit that is ministering to us, be with us from now until we finish in Jesus name we pray and believe.Amen

peace, patience,
kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
gentleness, and
self-control.
Dear Heavenly Father,
Your Word is truth. No opinions can compare with the sound doctrine you've provided us to follow. Thank you for calling our pastor to lead us through your Word. Increase our pastor's confidence in your Word and help our pastor stand firm in a world with many opinions. Remind our pastor your Word does not return void and has a purpose for each and every ear who hears your truths. Thank You for our pastor's desire to love You.

Lord, I enter your courts with praise and thanksgiving. Thank you for choosing our pastor to shepherd this church. Thank you for helping him to walk in the counsel of the Godly. May you continue strengthening him so that he can lead us to you our true living God. Remove anything in his life that may hinder him from fulfilling the calling you have placed in his heart. May he hide under your wings all the days of his life. Lord, I love and adore you. In Jesus' name, I believe and pray, Amen.
God, I say that _____ will stand firm. Nothing will move my pastor (1 Cor. 15:58). May my pastor always give himself/herself fully to Your work because my pastor's labor is not in vain.
WE THANK YOU THAT HE IS PROTECTED FROM ALL HURT, HARM, DANGER AND ACCIDENT. HE IS THE REDEEMED OF THE LORD AND IN COVENANT WITH JEHOVAH GOD, THEREFORE SICKNESS AND DISEASE, POVERTY AND LACK, AND FEAR AND OPPRESSION HAVE NO POWER OVER HIM. HE WALKS IN DIVINE HEALTH AND IS PHYSICALLY FIT. HIS SOUL PROSPERS BECAUSE HE MEDITATES IN GOD'S WORD DAY AND NIGHT.
HE ENJOYS HIS FREE TIME WITHOUT INTERRUPTION AND IS REFRESHED AND RESTED FOR EVERY DAY'S WORK, FOR HIS YOUTH IS RENEWED LIKE THE EAGLES. NO WEAPON THAT IS FORMED AGAINST HIM SHALL PROSPER AND EVERY LYING TONGUE RISEN AGAINST HIM SHALL BE SILENCED. EVERY BUSINESS DEAL WORKS TO HIS FAVOR AND ADVANTAGE, AND YOUR BLESSINGS OVERTAKE HIM BECAUSE HE HEARKENS DILIGENTLY UNTO THE VOICE OF THE LORD HIS GOD. AMEN
Dear God,
Thank you for our pastor, for the shepherd he is to all he meets, gently guiding them and caring for them.
Thank you for his wisdom, for the words of truth that he reveals from the bible.
Thank you for his faith, for the exuberance of his praise and the passion in his prayers.
Lord we pray for this man of God. Please come and be his shepherd now. Protect him, guard his mind and minister to his heart.
Come be his anchor. May he know that his feet rest secure on your foundations.
Come fill his vision. Please lift his eyes to see the beauty of your kingdom.
Come renew his hope. We ask that you would fill the sails of his heart with your goodness and eternal truth.
