Prayer For Feeling Lonely
Lord, I feel so lonely at times that I am becoming more and more depressed. I find that I am trying to fill my life with activities and people, which do not address the root issue of my loneliness or what I am going through, and which leave me even more depressed.
Lord, I know that You have promised to help the afflicted and set free those that are all alone in families. I pray that You would do just that in my life, so that I may rediscover the joy of my salvation and overcome the depression that sweeps over me so often, when I find that I am on my own and have no one to talk to.
You have promised to help the afflicted and to comfort those that are hurting. Turn Your loving-kindness towards me at this time I pray, comfort my hurting soul and renew a right spirit within me. This I ask in Jesus' name,

Lord Jesus, the world is full of lonely people who are weary and burdened, alone and afflicted. Be gracious to each hurting soul I pray. I ask that many would find their comfort and succour in You, Who came to earth to carry our burdens, heal our brokenness, and set us free from life's bondage. Thank You, that You have promised to give Your precious rest and perfect peace to all who look to You.
Fulfil Your many promises to those that are lonely and afflicted, I pray. Set the lonely in families free as Your Word has decreed, and lead the prisoners forth with singing! And Lord, You have promised that even though mother, father and all our loved ones forsake us, You will never ever leave us nor forsake us. Thank You for the many precious promises that are specially for those that are lonely, and I pray that You would meet each one at their very point of need. I ask this in Jesus' name,

Heavenly, Most Loving, Gracious Father, we come before you to humbly ask that you comfort us in our moments of loneliness. Be our shelter in the midst of the storm. Walk beside us every step of the way.Lord, at times we feel so alone, crying out for attention, in desperation, looking for some sort of acknowledgement from a single soul. Remind us that you are always there, right at our side, whenever we call.
No matter the time, the hour, the situation, Oh Lord, you have promised to never leave us nor forsake us.
Dear Father,
Thank you for listening to my heart;
Your patience with me is to be praised.
Today I had that feeling again-
The one where I feel so alone.
It seems that no one understands
Even my family and friends don't get me at times.
Though I can be in a room full of people,
I feel lonely
And I feel alone.
I know You said You would never leave me.
Your Word promises this and it's true.
These feelings are but signs of my human form.
Would You help me to sense Your presence in my life?
Would You reveal Yourself to me
In a way far beyond my imagination?
Thank you for the peace beyond my comprehension
That can only be provided by You.

Dear God, it's very hard for me right now even to pray. I feel so abandoned and alone and discouraged. I see myself neglected and without support, and it hurts so much. It's like being a child again, lost in a forest of unseen, hostile forces and not knowing which way to turn.
Lord, show me the path to the light of your love. Lead me to the still waters of comfort. Make me aware of your healing presence. Give me waters of comfort. Make me aware of your healing presence. Give me faith again and that conviction of faith which will enable me to trust in you and in those who minister to me here. With you all things are possible. My hope is in you.

Lord, there are times we think we can turn to loved ones and friends in our time of need, but they forsake us.
Oh Lord, you alone know what we are going through. Sometimes we vocalize our thoughts but no one understands. There are many times we cry out to people to listen, when we need a friend, but they hardly ever take the time to show compassion.
A Prayer When You're Feeling Loneliness and Depression
Give us strength, dear God, to carry on when we are down and out and have no one to turn to. Let us always remember that You are our friend and our companion in our time of need.
God, let us feel the Holy Spirit as He comforts us. Help us to realize that You are the only one we need, especially in times of trials.
Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7
The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me. My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise him. Psalm 28:7
Touch the hearts of the people who feel lonely today, Oh Father. The ones who are broken-hearted. Those who are bullied. The ones who have everything and everyone around them but they still feel alone.
People who have lost loved ones, and have no families, the single parent. Dear God, reach out to all of them.
Father, guide us as we pray for strength to fight against the feeling of loneliness and depression, help them all to experience peace, love and joy in these difficult times, in the mighty name of Jesus we pray. Amen.
Lord, we pray for those who are having difficulty managing financially day to day with all they need for their families. Father, we ask that you provide, meet their needs and break into their lives.
We pray for those who have lost their jobs and ask that you would open doors of opportunity for them. Lord, thank you that you make a way where there seems to be no way.
We declare that You are Jehovah Jireh and own the cattle on a thousand hills. May they call on You who provide according to your riches in glory and may they know that You are Lord of all.
We bless them with supernatural provision.

Father God, we pray for those who are isolated within their homes, especially the lonely and vulnerable. We pray that you would surround them with your love.
Lord, in this time would you minister to each one, that they would know that they have a Father in Heaven who loves them and is with them.
We declare over them that You, Lord, are with them and that You will never leave them or forsake those who call on Your Name.
We bless our communities with the love and peace of God that passes all understanding. We bless our communities with being rooted and grounded in the love of God.
