Prayer For Fear Of Failure
Heavenly Father, you have given us Jesus Christ to be in us and cover us completely. The magnitude of this sacrifice is beyond our comprehension but we desire to rest fully in Him.
Help us to surrender our fear of exposure to you today. Help us to rely on your strength and give us faith to believe your words. Nothing is hidden from you and anything that tries to convince us otherwise is deceit.
Shine Your light in us and through so we can become your beacons of hope instead! You are the God of this house. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Lord Jesus, I renounce the fear of (name the fear and associated lies) because God has not given me a spirit of fear. I choose to live by faith in You, and I acknowledge You as the only legitimate fear object in my life. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
Dear God, I confess that I have allowed fear to control me and that lack of faith is sin. Thank You for Your forgiveness. I recognize that You have not given me a spirit of fear but of power and love and discipline. 1 Timothy 1:7. I renounce any spirit of fear operating in my life and ask You to reveal any and all controlling fears in my life and the lied behind them. I desire to live by faith in You and in the power of the Holy Spirit. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
O God of peace, who hast taught us that in returning and rest we shall be saved, in quietness and in confidence shall be our strength: By the might of thy Spirit lift us, we pray thee, to thy presence, where we may be still and know that thou art God; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
Dear Father, My heart and mind are flooded with fears. Sometimes I am paralysed, I feel unable to go on. These fears are overwhelming, they remain with me day and night. Yet I hold onto your truth. You have told us not to fear, for you have overcome the world. So I cling to you, I trust in your promises, that you will never fail me, never forsake me. In moments of such crippling fear, I choose to hold your hand. I know you have experienced the most fearful places, I know that you have risen again. In you all promises meet and new life begins. You are my Saviour, I hide in you, Protected by your love, And sheltered by your grace. My Father. Amen.
God, you haven't given me a spirit of fear. Come and replace my fear with your power and your love so I may have a sound mind to live each day glorifying you. Amen.
Lord, You are a good Father. Your love and care is endless. You care more about my wellbeing that even I do, no matter how much I worry over it. And you are all powerful able to protect me completely and fully from anything that might arise. Lord, I confess I forget these truths. I confess I am prone to believe that I am alone and without any protection. Lord, I know that this is a lie I tell myself, and it only works me up into worry and fear. I repent of that worry and fear now ultimately, I know it stems from not trusting in Your goodness toward me. Help me believe and live out of the truth that you are always close, always protecting me, always watching over every step of my life. Thank you Lord for your great love for me. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
Lord, help me let go of my fear of failure. I know Satan wants to use my fears to hold me back from living boldly for You. Forgive me for not living in faith, and help me from this moment on to live with bold confidence in You. Lord, help me not compare myself to others around me. I pray instead that I can keep my eye on You and live a life that proclaims Your excellence. In Jesus' Name I pray, Amen.
