Prayer For The Office Meeting
Heavenly Father, most of us find large meetings to be intimidating. Fill our hearts with courage that we may be able to share the ideas you have placed in our hearts with those in attendance. May we conduct the meeting respectably. Help us to stick to the truth that comes from your word, even if it is not pleasing to some people. Grant us success today and help us to remember that this is all about you, not us. In Jesus' name, I believe and pray, Amen.
Lord, we are hopeful that this meeting will bear fruit, but we know that the devil does not want it to be a success. Your word says that if you commit anything into your hands, you will make it successful. We commit this meeting into your able hands. May we be attentive and patient. May we discuss things that will instill righteousness in us. Help us to find long-lasting solutions to the problems that we are facing. We know that even though things may be impossible on our side, all things are possible with you. Thank you for loving us. In Jesus' name, we believe and pray, Amen.
Father God, help us to be united in this meeting the same way you are in unity with your Son Jesus and the Holy Spirit. May we be of one spirit and have a common purpose. Holy Spirit of God, fill this place with your power and help us to walk in unity. Even though we come from different backgrounds, help us to find common ground through which we can agree and come up with lasting solutions. Help us to be quick to listen and slow to anger when others share their ideas. In Jesus' name, we believe and pray, Amen.
Father in heaven, thank you for the gift of life. Thank you for everyone that is gathered in this room. You have protected us throughout the night and have enabled us to wake up this morning. If it were not because of your love for us, we would not be here today. Your unconditional love has enabled us to come to this place when we are healthy and ready to start our meeting. We thank you, Lord. Let everything that is discussed here bring glory to your name. In Jesus' name, I believe and pray, Amen.
Father,
We are here today to celebrate great success! In a world full of chaos and calamity, we are embracing a moment of triumph in Your name and for Your glory. Once again, we have experienced the miracle of Your sustenance, as King David so appropriately penned in Psalm 4:7: You have filled my heart with greater joy than when their grain and new wine abound.
Father, our hearts, the very center of our humanity and our souls, are filled by You. In extreme emotion, this indescribable feeling is even more pronounced. We are aware that we could not see this great success come to fruition without the individual purpose You have put in each person here today. Thank You for bringing us together to accomplish this great feat for Your glory, though the odds were stacked against us as they often are.
Guard our hearts from pride and selfish gain as we celebrate today. Let it fuel our faith in You as our provider and our sustainer. Filler of our hearts. May all glory for our achievements go up to You today and always.

Father,
As the events of the day continue to unfold, we seek Your clarity and Your peace. We know You are with us and for us as we gather together to seek Your counsel. Scripture reminds us the more we seek You the more we will find You. Lead our surrendered hearts to the path of Your peace today.
Come fully into our situation, both as a group and individually. And sort out the muddled feelings and distorted thoughts that plague us. Cover us with a blanket of honesty and patience that is not of this world.
Holy Spirit, translate our desires and pleadings, and may we understand the faithful response of our great Father. Jesus walked the earth to explain so much to us, and to save us from eternal suffering. Yet, on this earth He promised us that we would encounter much pain.
Struggling for solutions amidst differing personalities can seem impossible. Thankfully, we are not expected to be perfect. Thankfully, we're told in the Bible that we will all fall short. So, as we sit here today, let us release the bind of blame in exchange for accord. Help us to endure disagreement and strife with godly courage and love. Grant us peace in knowing we are pursuing Your purpose for our lives.

Almighty God, our Father, we praise and thank you for this day. You have given us another opportunity to appreciate life and to fulfill our mission as Your instruments of peace and progress. Please pardon us for our shortcomings. Help us to amend our impieties, may we learn to pattern our lives through Your Sons example.
Father, bless all our endeavors, especially todays meeting. Guide us in our discussions. Enlighten our minds in every decision that we make. Give us Your grace that we may effectively do our parts as public servants. Bless our plans, programs and projects, so that we may achieve our objectives, for Your greater glory.
All these we ask in Jesus name. Amen.
Loving heavenly Father, We come to you this hour asking for your blessing and help as we are gathered together. We pray for guidance in the matters at hand and ask that you would clearly show us how to conduct our work with a spirit of joy and enthusiasm. Give us the desire to find ways to excel in our work.
