Prayer For Spring And Renewal
Holy One, I thank You for Your divine intricacies. For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die, a time to plant, and a time to pluck what is planted. I thank You for allowing my time to be productive and just as the trees bear fruit, I thank You for keeping my work fruitful and prosperous, Amen.
Precious Lord, bless those around me and bless the beauty on our earth that this springtime season has brought our way. I ask that You continue to keep the weather steady, keep the trees growing strong, and bless all the lovely gardens so that Your fruits of the field may ripen, to nourish our bodies. Let us continually be thankful for the miracles of spring, the charm of nature, and the love You never fail to provide for us. In Your name, I pray. Amen.
Dear God, thank you for the unsurmountable beauty of the green rolling hills, the magnificent sounds in the warm air, the prismatic colors that surround us, and the sunshine beaming down from the cloud-smeared skies. This is just a fraction of the wonderfulness of heaven, but this is the most beauty my human eyes have seen. So, Lord, I pray that You would capture this exquisite scene and fill my soul with it. For the rest of my days, I want to be filled with this. This picturebecause this picture is You. In Your name, I pray. Amen.
Dear Heavenly Father, Thank you for the wonderful season of spring. During this sweet time, I ask You for a fresh beginning in each of our hearts. Please allow each of us, as Christians, to bloom in Your word, just as the flowers are blooming. Help us to be witnesses whenever there is an opportunity, and followers of Your word every day. Let our petals continuously grow and our leaves steadily extend, as we work to gather more and more seedlings for Your harvest. In Your precious name, I pray. Amen.
Lord, I look at this spring renewal as a great thing. It is a time for things in this allocated moment to come to pass. It is time for new growth and fresh fruit. I pray that I reflect and relate to this time of transformation. I ask that You create a clean heart in me, O God, and just as seasons are renewed, I ask that you renew a right spirit within me so that the works I produce can give You glory, Amen.
Glory and honor to You, God above. I will be glad and rejoice in You for You give the autumn rains in righteousness. You send the abundant showers, both autumn and spring rains, as before. Just as You water the earth for it to be fruitful and grow, I too have been fed by Your abundant showers of life. So Lord, during this spring renewal, we thank You Father for blessing us, thank You for letting Your light shine on us; this is the prayer of our hearts, Amen.
Heavenly Father, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone. The flowers appear on the earth, the time of singing has come, and the voice of nature is heard in our land. Lord we thank You for Creation and appreciate every intricate detail that was needed to create the balance in nature. I worship and adore You for You are God of all of creation, nature bows at Your feet, Amen.
Dear God:
Spring is a metaphor for change. Some changes we eagerly await, and some we abhor. Some changes we plan and others arrive uninvited. To all these changes we ask the gift of Your perspective beckoning us to expectation, hope, and rebirth.
May the sunlight and the rain be reminders that You are at work renewing the earth. As a God of renewal, You are ever at work in our lives, too.
Open our eyes and lives to the needed changes in our lives this Spring. Awaken us to new life and perspective, for we pray in Jesus' name.
