Prayer For Peace In Family
We are very thankful, God, for the good times we have with our families. Thank You for allowing us to enjoy each other's company. Thank You for giving us time to spend with them each day.
Preserve our good relationships, Father, whenever we are with our beloved families. Let peace reign in our homes and let compassion fill each of our hearts. Teach us what it is to experience real joy and enable us to show each other what this means. Amen
Lord, You are our Prince of Peace and the One that guards our hearts. May You always remind us to be peacemakers, especially within our families. Protect us from hateful thoughts, and let us not be the reason for causing chaos in our homes. Guide us each day as we walk through life with our families, wherever each of us may be. All these we ask in Your Name, Amen.
Lord of Lords, give us strength to make every effort to do the things that lead to peace and to the building up of our family (Rom. 14:19). Amen
Lord, we receive into our household the strength You give to Your people. Thank You for blessing us with Your peace (Psa. 29:11).
Father, help this family to turn from evil and do good. Enable us to seek peace and to pursue it always (Psa. 34:14).
Holy One, we love Your Word and claim Your promise that we will have great peace, and that nothing can make us stumble (Psa. 119:165).
King of Kings, thank You that You have left Your peace in our hearts, and that this is not the world's idea of peace. Because of You, our hearts will not be troubled, and we will not be afraid (John 14:27). Amen
Tear down the strongholds that restrict them from knowing You. Help them to realize they can find love, joy, peace, happiness and rest within You and You alone.
Set their hearts and minds to focus diligently on You and to seek You persistently. Remind them that You are always near and they can cast their every burden upon You to find rest.
Allow us to execute love and happiness towards one another as we embrace Your gentle spirit. In Jesus' Holy name I pray, Amen!
Conflict, prejudice, hate, jealousy and pride against one another will vanish at the sound of Your great name.
The enemy will flee when he senses Your presence, he will not prevail! Remove pain, suffering, anxiety, worry and fear, in Jesus' mighty name!
Break every chain that binds them. Release the shackles of their lives so they can live freely to worship and praise Your Holy name.
We bless your name, O Lord,
for sending your own incarnate Son,
to become part of a family,
so that, as he lived its life,
he would experience its worries and its joys.
We ask you, Lord,
to protect and watch over this family to have peace,
so that in the strength of your grace
its members may enjoy prosperity,
possess the priceless gift of your peace,
and, as the Church alive in the home,
bear witness in this world to your glory.
We ask this thought Christ our Lord.

JESUS, Son of God and Son of Mary, bless our family. Graciously inspire in us the unity, peace, and mutual love that you found in your own family in the little town of Nazareth.
MARY, Mother of Jesus and Our Mother, nourish our family with your faith and your love. Keep us close to your Son, Jesus, in all our sorrows and joys.
JOSEPH, Foster-father to Jesus, guardian and spouse of Mary, keep our family safe from harm. Help us in all times of discouragement or anxiety.
HOLY FAMILY OF NAZARETH, make our family one with you. Help us to be instruments of peace. Grant that love, strengthened by grace, may prove mightier than all the weaknesses and trials through which our families sometimes pass. May we always have God at the center of our hearts and homes until we are all one family, happy and at peace in our true home with you. Amen.
