Prayer For Peace In My Family
Oh Lord, thank you for raising my husband up to be a servant of Christ. I pray that you will instill in him, a leader's heart. Help him to know that just as Christ has authority over every man; he too has authority over our home (1 Cor. 11:3). Help him to have faith in me and give us peace in every member of our family with love and respect and to honor God with his gentle spirit (1 Peter 3:7). Father, I ask for blessings upon blessings for my husband as he honors you by leading our household. In Your name, Amen.
God, thanks for blessing me by making my husband the father of our Children. I ask that you continue to speak through his lips and pour out Life on our kids. Please Father, help him to have the gift of patience and to not provoke the children to anger by nagging or scoldingthat he may bring them up with loving discipline that is approved by God. I humbly ask that you give us peace most of the times and place Godly advice and suggestions on the tip of his tongue at all times (Eph. 6:4). ) Our inheritance in great when we serve the Lord (Col.3:24). Father, help my husband to pass that on to our children by being a good example. Amen.
Dear Jesus,
I humbly implore you to grant your special graces to our family. May our home be the shrine of peace, purity, love, labor and faith. I beg you, dear Jesus, to protect and bless all of us, absent and present, living and dead. Amen
O Christ Jesus
When all is darkness
And we feel our weakness and helplessness,
Give us the sense of Your Presence,
Your Love and Your Strength.
Help us to have perfect trust
In Your protecting love
And strengthening power,
So that nothing may frighten or worry us,
For, living close to You,
We shall see Your Hand,
Your Purpose, Your Will through all things.

Dear Father in heaven,
I pray for my family. May the Holy Spirit touch him and bring him peace. Guide him in the right direction so that he can praise and worship You.
Grant this Oh Lord, through Jesus Christ who lives and reigns with You for ever and ever and in unity with the Holy Spirit. Amen
Father, I appreciate your protection over every aspect of their lives, giving them safety from storms both physical and spiritual. I thank you for they are experiencing satisfaction in every area of their lives. I praise you that they are able to walk in peace with me, with our family, and in every human relationship including with their enemies. Thank you for peace of mind is theirs and that you have given them the mind of Christ, a mind that is speedy to learn, quick to remember to follow You, quick to obey you, quick to forgive others, and free of all fear. Thank you for guiding my children and for watching over their welfare today and every day! I thank you that you are transforming them into whole, complete, mature individuals that are truly alive. In Jesus' Name. Amen!
Father, Your Word says that peacemakers who sow in peace raise a harvest of righteousness and that discord cannot produce conduct that pleases You. Help us to be a peacemaking family (Jas. 3:18). Amen
Righteous Father, thank You for the promise that the discipline we must impose upon our children will produce a harvest of righteousness and peace for them if they will receive the training. So we also ask that our children will, with willing hearts, receive discipline without taking offense, recognizing the opportunity to learn and grow from it (Heb. 12:11). Amen
