Prayer For Panic Attacks
Loving God, in Your goodness You have given us the gift of life. I ask Your pardon and forgiveness for my own failure and the failure of all people in this world to protect and respect this gift You have given us. I pray that with Your grace I and all the people will respect, reverence, and protect all life of the unborn, the abused, neglected, disabled, and the elderly. Guide all who make decisions about life, that they will do so with wisdom, love, and courage. In Your name Father, Source of all life, Son, Savior of our lives, and Spirit, Sanctifier of our lives - I pray. Amen.
Oh heavenly Father,
I am being attacked. Please help me. This is real. A war rages against me and my soul.
My only way to fight is to cry out. So I cry out to you, my God.
Send legions of angels and your Holy Spirit to defend me.
Right here. Right now.
You are all that is good. You are all that I need. You are my peace and security.
Jesus, I trust in you.
Rise up, oh mighty Lord! Against all evil attacking me, defend me now!
For you are holy. You are truth. All righteousness and glory are yours and only yours.
You have won the victory for me on the cross.
You poured out your love for me. And rising up, you showed your glory, power and victory over all evil, sin and death.
Oh, loving God! Oh, merciful Lord! Free me, free me now!
I give myself up to you, to your tender mercy, into your loving hands.

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be Your holy and loving name. I acknowledge who You are. You are Holy and You are worthy. You are mighty and all-powerful. You have dominion over creation. You created me in Your image. I will not fear because You are with me. Your Holy Spirit is inside of me. I will not be dismayed because You are my God. I release my anxiety to You. Make my yoke easy and my burden light. Amen.
Dear gracious Father, You said in Your Word that I must not be anxious for anything. You said that through prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, I should let my request be made known to God. I request now, oh God, that my spirit of anxiousness be sent back to the pit of hell, in Jesus's name! I declare NO anxiety, NO panic and NO doubt in my life. Those emotions will have NO influence over me, or control over my life anymore. Thank You, Father. Amen.
Father, I look to you as my Source of hope and of peace. You cover me with your wings (Psalm 91:4) and you are constantly fighting for me (2 Chronicles 20:17). Show me that I need not fight, but that I can just rest in you and rest in the promises of
your protection (Exodus 14:13). There is no need for me to stress or worry. You will provide everything I need for life, for peace and for protection (Matthew 6:33).
Today, I will not be anxious about anything (Philippians 4:6), but I will pray to you about everything, casting my cares upon you because you care for me (1 Peter 5:7). You will guide me along the best pathway for me
life. You will advise me and counsel me (Psalm 32:8). You will never leave me alone (Hebrews 13:5). You are always with me. Always. Sin cannot separate us (Romans 8:38-39), because in Christ, you remember our sins no more
(Romans 10:17). Amen
Father, who lives and rules in Heaven, let your Kingdom come to earth and be established through me (Matthew 6:10). There is no fear, no anxiety, and no panic in Heaven. Establish your Kingdom in my heart, that I may walk in peace, in confidence and in
strength. Open the eyes of my heart (Luke 24:31) to see all that you have for me. Show me how I have already been blessed with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places (Ephesians 1:3). Help me to receive all that
you have for me.Thank you, Father, that you have begun a good work in me and that you'll be faithful to complete it (Philippians 1:6). I will listen with my heart for you are constantly speaking peace over me (Psalm 85:8).
You have the word of life! Father, live in me and through me. I put all my trust in you.

Lord,
Help me! I am so frightened and afraid. Be near to me and help me feel your presence. Surround me with protection. Holy Spirit, settle my racing heart and mind. Help me breathe out - Abba Father -- and breathe in --
I belong to you. Your peace surpasses all understanding, this I know. Please give me this peace now. Abba Father - I belong to you. Abba Father - I belong to you.
Lord, thank you that no matter what my mind or body tell me, the truth is I am your child, forever loved, forever protected, forever held fast by you. I love you Jesus. Thank you Jesus.

Lord, I come to you and I thank you for drawing near to me when I draw near to you. To think that you are mindful of me it overwhelms my soul. But Lord, today my spirit is heavy and my body is weak. I cannot bear the weight of this anxiety and panic any longer. I recognize I can't get through this alone, and I pray against the very active enemy who is trying to shake my faith and tear us apart. Help me stand strong in you. Fortify these weary bones and remind me of the truth that this pain and panic will not last forever. It will pass.
Fill me with your joy, peace and perseverance, Father. Restore my soul and break the chains of anxiety and panic that bind me. I trust you with my panic and I know that you have the power to take it all away. But even if you don't, I know I don't have to be a slave to my fear. I can rest in the shadow of your wings and I will rise and overcome by your unwavering strength. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
