Prayer For My Mother
Rest my mom, and simply know
Our thoughts and prayers are near with you.
You are precious, and so loved
We hope you get well soon.

My gratitude goes to God for giving me a loving and caring mother. She cared for me in her womb for nine months. Since my childhood, I always feel secure and protected whenever my mother is around. I also recollect how she protected me against heat, diseases and harmful foods. I pray that she succeeds in all her doings and live long enough to enjoy her labour.
Lord, I love my mummy so much because she is one out of a million. She is so caring and understanding. My wish for my mother is for her to be a millionaire. I also pray that she will be given her rights as a teacher. I don't wish for her to hold any political post. I wish above all that she lived long to reap the fruits of her labour. God bless my mum.
Father in Heaven, Praise You for this, and every day that we get to wake up this side of heaven. Each day is laced with purpose, and we ask for Your wisdom and guidance through every one. Help us to live each day well, and for Your glory, from start to finish.
Lord, I trust in you and lean on you. I thank you for your mercy and provision for me and my family. I come to you again and ask that your will be done in this situation we are currently facing. Guard my mom's heart and my mind and keep me focused on your will. Lord, please send your Holy Spirit to breathe your peace into my mom's soul and walk with me on this journey.
I pray that You would guard and protect the hearts and minds of the children and that You would draw us closer together and nearer to You. Provide the sort of quality time we need with each other so that we do not drift apart but establish a lifetime love and respect for one another. Give me the courage and grace to face the challenges that will inevitably face me as a single parent and may my philosophy be such that I cast ALL my care upon You before I try to deal with it in my own strength - knowing You have promised to carry all my burdens and to give me Your perfect peace in my heart when my mind is stayed on You this I ask in Jesus name
