Prayer For Guidance Wisdom And Strength
Thank you, Lord, for being there for me and allowing me to cry out to you in my times of need.
It is amazing to me that the Lord of the Universe would take time to listen to me and to care about what I say.
God, there are things happening around me right now that I do not understand. Some of these things make me feel weak, helpless and afraid.
Even in the midst of this, I know that you are the Lord.
I know that the situation is in Your hand, and I trust You.
I beseech you for strength and for wisdom that I would be able to endure this situation and be able to handle it in a way that would bring glory to Your name.
In Jesus name. Amen.
Heavenly Father, I pray today that my spirit may be yielded to You completely and that throughout the day my focus will remain on You.
Lord, I thank You that Your strength is made perfect in my weakness and that as I depend upon You in thought, word and deed, You in Your grace, supply all my needs according to Your riches in glory.
Thank You, that in Your I have the strength I need to face the day, the wisdom I need to inform my choice and the grace I need to live godly in Christ Jesus, no matter what difficulties or problems may manifest themselves.
Lord, I know that without You I can do nothing, but I praise and thank You that I can do all things through Christ, Who gives me the strength. Praise His holy name.
Amen.
Father God, I know that the life-path I am treading is fraught with difficulties and problems, but Lord I trust You to lead and guide me through the maze of life, because You have promised to be with me to lead and to guide, to strengthen and to help.
Let me never lose sight of who I am in Christ and help me to trust You in all things, knowing that I am Your child and that greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world.
Thank You, that You are my Shepherd Who has promised to lead and to guide, to protect and to uphold. Thank You, that you are my Defence and my Defender and that You have promised to be my ever-present help in those times of unexpected difficulties and trials.
Thank You, Lord, that You remain faithful and dependable, even when I stray from the path that You have graciously laid out for me. May I never forget that You are my firm Anchor and the steady Rock upon which I stand, and that no difficulty in life is to great that You cannot overcome. Thank You in Jesus' name,

Lord God, in this moment of distress and uncertainty, I ask for Your wisdom and guidance to shine down on me. Help me to understand what Your plan is for my life and how to make it happen. God, I ask You to give me peace as I move forward in this world. Amen.
In the Lord's Name, I pray for this brother/sister and ask that You, God, guide them in the way they should go. Do not abandon them in their time of need and aid them as they struggle to do Your will and to follow Your directions. Give him/her a direction to go in and strengthen their resolve in You. Lord, fill his/her heart with peace and joy and give him/her strength and courage to do Your will. In Your Name we trust, Amen.
God of all wisdom, you have promised that if anybody lacks wisdom, we should ask you, and you will give us that wisdom. I ask you for wisdom now, Lord. Help me to make wise decisions that are for my good and your glory. You will give me wisdom not because I have earned it, but because it is a free and gracious gift. You are a generous, loving Father, and all wisdom is found in you. Give me all the wisdom I need right now. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen.
Lord God Almighty, shaper and ruler of all creatures, we pray for your great mercy, that you guide us towards you, for we cannot find our way. And guide us to your will, to the need of our soul, for we cannot do it ourselves. And make our mind steadfast in your will and aware of our soul's need. Strengthen us against the temptations of the devil, and remove from us all lust and every unrighteousness, and shield us against our foes, seen and unseen. Teach us to do your will, that we may inwardly love you before all things with a pure mind. For you are our maker and our redeemer, our help, our comfort, our trust, our hope; praise and glory be to you now and forever.
Lord, I'm here today with open hands and an open heart, ready to depend on you to help me through the day and all it will bring my way. Help me be like Nehemiah, help me come to you for guidance, strength, provision and protection. As I face tough choices and hard situations, help me remember my belovedness, help me remember that I am Your child and Your representative to the world around me. Help me live today in a way that brings honor to Your holy name. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
