I pray for continued clarity so that I might hold my vision steady and maintain my focus on the demands and success of others, which consequently shall bring me my success.
I pray for the wisdom to expect abundance in my life, that it surrounds me and also is available for the taking as well as to be shameless and unapologetic upon its receipt, for I are entitled to abundance.

Heavenly Father, today, I come before you expecting this to be the greatest day of my life. A day filled with unique opportunities to share your love with every person I meet. I thank you, Lord, for the favor which will flow through me today in every conversation and for this to be a day in which you will be glorified by what I think, say and do. Lord, forgive our entrepreneurs for all acts of sinfulness. Forgive those who have not been diligent in seeking Your leadership for their businesses. Forgive those who do not trust in You but lean on their own understanding. Forgive those who have compromised Your word in order to make a profit. Forgive those who have not treated their employees and customers fairly. Forgive those who have not been faithful in giving through tithes and offerings. Forgive those who have not properly taken care of or shown respect for the community they live in. Forgive me for not supporting those businesses You have established in my community. Remind entrepreneurs and business owners in our community to be forgiving; and help them to be quick to forgive.
Lead them not into temptation; but, deliver them from the evil one.
Lord, You are the King of glory. You are the Lord of hosts. You are worthy to receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and by Your will they exist and were created. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
Father, You are God and Your word is true. We extol You as our God and King. We will bless Your name forever and ever. Everyday we will bless You and praise Your name. You are great and greatly to be praised. You are our source, and we place our trust in You. Thank You for providing for our entrepreneurs throughout the years. Thank You, Father, for blessing businesses within our community and opening doors of opportunity that have produced profit and employment. Thank You for the economic development that we have in our community.
Father, we confess Your word to be operative in the lives of our entrepreneurs and in the economic development of our community. Father, we confess that our entrepreneurs are blessed and we expect favor to surround Your people like a shield. We confess that as our entrepreneurs commit their works to You their thoughts will be established. We declare that our entrepreneurs will honor You with their possessions and with the first fruits of all their increases so that their barns will be filled and their vats will overflow with new wine. We declare that whatever they do, they will do it heartily, as to You and not to men. Lord, we confess that as our entrepreneurs walk uprightly, no good thing will be withheld from them. We expect You to look upon the economic development in our community favorably and make our land fruitful. Father, as You continue to bless us, we will be a blessing to the entrepreneurs in our community by frequenting their businesses.
Father, we ask that Your Spirit of wisdom, understanding, counsel, and power rest on each entrepreneur, investor, and employee. Fill them with the knowledge of Your will and give them a thirst for Your word so that they can learn Your ways for practicing business. Holy Spirit, help them to make righteous decisions and operate with justice and integrity. Give them dreams and visions that exceed their expectations and provide them with the resources they need to successfully accomplish Your purpose for their businesses. Father, encourage potential entrepreneurs to write down Your vision for their business and make it plain in a business plan so that they and their investors can implement it. We ask for the creation of new revenue streams within our community. Touch the public and private sectors to continue to invest into our community. Lord, please continue to bless our community so that it will reflect Your glory and benefit the people living in it.

Dear Lord,
As we come to you to honor vocations as a way our people serve you in the world, we are thankful for those who feel a calling to start new things - new businesses, new products, and new initiatives.
Entrepreneurs are like artists - and perhaps more than any other vocation have the opportunity to model what God did in Genesis, create something out of nothing, bring structure out of chaos, and hope to call it good. Lord, it is a great honor to create things and that creative gift comes from you. We thank you for those with the wiring, the risk tolerance, and the willingness to create. We ask for your help with the incredible stress and isolation that can come from this calling as they dream about products and processes, adjust plans, seek funding, serve customers, create cultures, and find ways to sustainability.
Lord, we know that like all, entrepreneurs are broken and they also work in broken systems. We ask for forgiveness for the the particular areas of brokenness that can plague entrepreneurism - such as confusing aspiration and reality, over-work, greed, excessive anxiety, and treating people transactionally. Please protect these workers from these pitfalls and forgive them when they make their work their idol.
Lord - entrepreneurs have the incredible opportunity to bring redemption to the world in the way they love people, places and systems to life. Whether it is the way they care for suppliers, customers, and place, choose policies that honor the integrity of employees, and find ways to seek a redemptive edge in all processes, we ask for your Spirit to infuse the process. We ask that each entrepreneur see their undertaking as a way to love and worship you as they create.
Lord, we thank you for each and every entrepreneur in our city - because the best way to change culture is to create new culture. And these people are creators. We ask you to use them as part of your story for [insert city] Nashville beyond. We ask that they know that you are their ultimate savior, not what they create.
