Prayer For Difficult Coworker
Lord, when I am confused guide me. When I am burned out infuse me with the light of the Holy Spirit. May the work that I do and the way I do it bring faith, joy, and a smile to all that I come in contact with today.
My Heavenly father, as I enter this workplace I bring your presence with me. I speak your peace, your grace, your mercy, and your perfect order in this office. I acknowledge your power over all that will be spoken, thought, decided, and done within these walls.
God of Peace, I pray that You have Your divine way in my workplace. I pray that You give me a clean heart so that I respond to those who hurt me with love. Your Word says that hatred stirs up strife, but love covers all offenses. I pray that I do not harden my heart out of anger, instead help me to reflect Your love when dealing with the most difficult people because You first loved me, Amen.
Heavenly Father, I thank You for my job, it is not easy, but I know that You placed me here. I pray against those who intentionally make my job difficult because of personal issues. I pray that in situations of confrontation, I respond with a calm mind. Let my answers be soft to turn away wrath, because a harsh word stirs up anger. I pray for peace in my workplace, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
Righteous God, we thank You for who You are, and we bless You for providing every person with their job. We pray that when dealing with difficult co-workers, we reflect on Your Word. The scripture asks why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye?'. I pray that we understand that those who persecute us may have issues, but we also are not perfect. Let our approach always be with a loving heart, Amen.
God of Love, help us to be like You when dealing with those who do not like Your people. Your Word tells us that we should love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us. Father it is You who is in heaven and makes Your sun rise on the evil and the good and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. Therefore, I pray that as we deal with difficult co-workers, help us to treat those who hate us with the same demeanor we have to those who love us, Amen.
Oh Lord, I pray that You have Your divine way in my heart, mind and soul. I pray that I love my enemies and do good to those who hate me. I will bless those who curse me and pray for those who abuse me. To those who strike me on the cheek or show any other type of hatred towards me, I will offer the other cheek. I pray that I diffuse heated situations with calmness, Amen.
Dear Lord, I thank You for my job despite the difficult people that I work with. I pray that I do not pass judgement on those who offend me any longer, because it is wrong to put a stumbling block or hindrance in the way of a brother. I pray that I do not hold hate or bitterness towards those who offend me. Instead, I pray to extend a loving heart towards them, Amen.
