Prayer For Conversion
Mother of our Savior, at the cross, I intercede for the soul of (name), who Jesus redeemed with His precious blood. Virgin, most faithful, you know the unhappiness of those who have not received your beloved Son, Jesus, as Savior, and whose souls are in peril of eternal damnation. In your great mercy, touch his/her heart and guide him/her back into the bosom of your Church, the sole Church of Jesus Christ. Teach him/her to live a life worthy of your Son, Jesus, bearing the fruit of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Most gracious Lord Jesus, only in You is redemption and forgiveness of sins. Please enlighten Your lost lamb to see the truth. Flood his/her heart with light so that he/she can understand the confident hope You have given to Your holy people. Bring him/her to conversion so they might share in Your rich and glorious inheritance. May he/she grow in the knowledge of You, with wisdom and insight, being made full and complete in Your body, the Holy Catholic Church. Amen.
O Mary, mother of mercy and refuge of sinners, we beseech thee,
be pleased to look with pitiful eyes upon poor heretics and schismatics.
Thou who art the seat of wisdom, enlighten the minds that are miserably enfolded in the darkness of ignorance and sin, that they may clearly know that the Holy Catholic and Apostolic Roman Church is the one true Church of Jesus Christ, outside of which neither holiness nor salvation can be found.
Finish the work of their conversion by obtaining for them the grace to accept all the truths of our Holy Faith, and to submit themselves to the Supreme Roman Pontiff, the Vicar of Jesus Christ on earth; that so, being united with us in the sweet chains of divine charity, there may soon be one only fold under the same one Shepherd; and may we all, O glorious virgin, sing forever with exultation: Rejoice, O virgin Mary, thou only hast destroyed all heresies in the whole world.
Oh glorious patriarc St. Joseph, who merited to be called "just' by the Holy Ghost, I urgently recommend to the soul of [Name], which Jesus redeemed at the price of his precious blood.
Thou knowest how deplorable is the state and how unhappy the life of those who have banished this loving savior from their hearts, and how greatly they are exposed to the danger of losing him eternally. Permit not, I beseech thee, that a soul so dear to me should continue any longer in its evil ways; preserve it from the danger that threatens it; touch the heart of the prodigal child and conduct him back to the bosom of the fondest of fathers. Abandon him not, I implore thee, till thou hast opened to him the gates of the heavenly city, where he will praise and bless thee throughout eternity for the happiness which he will owe to thy powerful intercession.

Lord Jesus Christ, most merciful Saviour of the world, we humbly beseech You, by Your most Sacred Heart, that all the sheep who stray out of Your fold may in one days be converted to You, the Shepherd and Bishop of their souls, who lives and reigns with God the Father in the unity of the Holy Spirit, world without end.

O blessed apostle, St. Paul, greatest of all converts, who labored unceasingly for the conversion of other souls, inspire me with the ardor of your zeal that I may pray and work for the conversion of my brethren, redeemed in the blood of Christ but not as yet blessed with the full light of his truth.
Mindful of the loving concern of the Divine Shepherd for the salvation of the other sheep that are not of this fold, I now beg your intercession to obtain the grace of conversion for (name of family member, friend or others).
May God, the Holy Spirit from whom alone this gift can come, hear my humble prayer and thus enable me to share with others the riches of my heritage of faith through Jesus Christ, Our Lord. Amen.
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit, we come to You with a contrite heart and with faith for (name) that You will give him/her the grace of conversion.
