Prayer For Barren Woman
Magnificent Lord, I know how small I am and how great You are. I praise You, Lord, because You knit me together in my mother's womb. You fearfully and wonderfully made me. My prayer is that You would create a marvelous work inside me. I pray that You would create a child in my womb that I can raise in a manner that brings You glory. Amen
Blessed Heavenly Father, throughout Your Word, I am taught that children are a blessing from You. I do not know why You have withheld this blessing from me, and I don't need to know. I choose to trust Your hand and Your timing. I come now, and ask if it is Your timing, would You please bless me? I am praying that through Your infinite grace and mercy, You would bring this blessing to my life. Amen.
Lord, we come to you today, as humbly as we know how. Our hearts, wombs, and arms open to receive, The gift of life that so often seems to elude us. You cannot lie, so we wait. Expectantly, cautiously, because our fear is as great as our hope.
We ache from within and the pain of infertility runs deep into our souls. We know you understand. We believe, Lord, help our unbelief. Father, You will answer us, Your word will not return void.
Set our feet on the path. Let us find in You the joy we seek, and may our longing be satisfied. Not just until we obtain, but always. The struggle is real God, but so are You.
Establish us. Settle us. Make us ready. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Sovereign Lord, my heart wants to surrender my barrenness to Your will, but it seems to overshadow my whole life. Having children is a natural desire, but if a child is not Your will for my life, I ask that You remove it. I need Your help to make it through this time in my life. Be it as a barren woman or as a mother, Your love and presence are all that I need. Amen.
Loving God, I am Your creation; therefore, I am part of Your plan to fill the earth. Lord, my wife and I are barren, and I confess I am struggling. Please give me the contentment to move forward with my life as You have given it to me. Please help me to be a compassionate and empathetic husband. Please give me the words and ability to be the godly example You have called me to be. Amen.
Father of All Good Things, we come to You to bring our barrenness before You and seek Your blessing upon our lives. Your holy Scripture about children is like an arrow to our hearts. You talk of children being a heritage, a reward, and of happiness. We have yet to experience the blessing of children and are seeking it from Your hand. Lord, have mercy on us and extend Your grace to us. Amen.
Precious Lord, I desire to have a child, and this has not happened. I pray that You would bring showers of blessing down on this season of barrenness and create in me a fruitful womb. Deliver me from my childlessness, which has enslaved me up to this point. You are my Lord, and I await Your blessing. I have so much love to give a child, Precious Lord. From the bottom of my heart and the depths of my soul, I deeply want to raise a child to know and love You. My hope lies in You, my All-Powerful God. Amen.
