Prayer For A Father Who Is Sick
Blessed be Your Name, God! Thank You for Your word that guides me and has instructed me to listen to my father who gave me life, and to not despise my mother when she is old. I pray that I continue to respect my father for the role that You have given him in my life. I will not take Him for granted because Your word tells me not to, Amen.
Father Lord,
As You are the One, and we, Your servants, we pray Oh God above to heal and support Name. Destroy any sickness that is, was, and will ever be in his/her body In Jesus Name. We pray that thereafter, You rejuvenate his/her mind, body, and soul, that he/she may be granted the strength to function in all areas of his/her life. Name shall stand before You Oh Lord, and he/she will pray and raise his or her voice in thanks to You.
We glorify Your mighty deeds Oh Lord, and In Jesus Name, Amen.
Dear Jesus,
You walked on the earth, understood the broken world, yet also rose from death into resurrected life. I pray for my loved one that they would be held at this time in your loving arms. Bless the work of the doctors, surgeons and hospital staff, and bring the power of your resurrection life into their body. Come fill my loved one from top to toe with your restorative Spirit. May your resurrection life bring healing and wellness into their being. May your grace carry them through this hard time into a new season filled with hope and joy.

Almighty Father,
Hold my lovely dad at this time of illness, watch over him when he can not sleep, speak your love to him when he is afraid, touch and heal his weak body.
Lord, you are the fountain of life. I ask for your life giving water to pour down upon him. Build him up again, look after his emotions and may he know your loving arms are around him at this time. Thank you for your love, and for your promises to your children. Thank you that you will never leave us, and that you bring us a peace that surpasses all understanding.

Touch, heal, restore, amend, redeem, awaken, hold, breathe, sing, speak! We invite you to come and be Lord in this situation. We open our hearts, our minds, our hands and welcome your restoring power. May this sickness end and may your healing begin.

Dear Father,
I am concerned for my father who is ill. So I lift my prayers to you, King of Kings and Lord of Lords! You put the stars in the sky and filled the seas with water. You are the giver of life whom understands the wonderful development of a new baby and filled the earth with plant life that provides us with medicine. So I am confident that you can touch my dear friend and bring your restoration. Give their bodies new strength, health and wholeness. Cover their hearts, minds and emotions with the oil of your healing.
I trust them into your care, because you love them even more than I do.

Recently, we have found out that my father may of been diagonsed with cancer. It has filled my family with dread, they are scared of the unknown as am I, but I know if have the Lord by my side. Neither of my parents are unfortunately Christians and I pray to my dear God that he can bless there hearts, I ask for protection in this is difficult time and that you will help my parents fragile state of minds. We are all scared, as my dad grows weak it crushes me to see him so ill. Can you please help in this time of heartache ask for strength and love and that my parents and siblings with feel Jesus Chrit warms arms around us in times of pain. I hope and pray that one day they can love God in the way that you and I do.

Please heal my father. I love him so much. He was a good friend, a good brother, a good son, he was a good husband, and a good father. Please heal him, wash him with your precious blood, sanctify him Lord Jesus Christ. I pray for every child who has same situation like me, I pray that they will be stong and that you will hear their hearts desires. Every child needs a Father and I need mine. Lord we are nothing without you, someday we will all rest in heaven with you but Lord God I'm begging you please give my Father long life and heal him. In Jesus name. Amen
