Loving Lord,
Let this VBS experience
set the table
for a lifetime of
dining with you, Lord.

I ask that you would inspire people
to pray for VBS.
In Jesus' name I pray,

Heavenly Father,
I lift up prayer for VBS.
I pray for the safety of all who will come to VBS.I pray for each child who will come to VBS.
I pray that each child will feel loved by the teachers and staff - AND by you, God.
I pray that each child will be complimented, encouraged, and will feel valued and affirmed.
I lift up prayer that each child will feel as though he or she belongs and is an important part of the group.I pray that the refreshments are yummy, the arts & crafts are fun, the songs are uplifting, the Bible stories are inspiring, and the games & activities are enjoyable.
I lift up prayer that the children will have
sharp minds that can quickly learn
the songs and that they will remember the Bible stories.
I ask that each child would come to know Jesus in a closer way.
Lord, for those who are ready, I pray that they will boldly receive Jesus as their Savior and Lord.
I lift up prayer that the children will be able to put all their problems aside when they walk in the door of the church so that they can focus on the lessons and fully enjoy the experience.
I pray that each child will get the maximum benefit from coming to VBS.I lift up prayer for the staff.
I pray that the staff will intentionally be patient, gentle, and loving. I pray that you would give the staff strength and energy while inspiring them to be enthusiastic.
I pray that you would give the staff wonderful ideas and great resources.
I pray that all the staff will feel good - physically, mentally, and emotionally - each day.
I pray that all the staff will leave critical attitudes - and attitudes of frustration and irritation - outside the church building or better yet at the cross.I pray blessings for all those who do preparation work for VBS. I pray for those who prepare the food, prepare the lessons, prepare the stage & room decorations, prepare the crafts, pray for the event, pick out the music, buy the necessary supplies, do the public relations work, find the volunteers, etc. May each person who participates feel important, loved, and appreciated.
Guide each of the VBS team members to work together so that they make VBS fun for the children.And I ask that you stir each of the VBS team members to yield to your daily drawing of each of them toward a closer relationship with you.
Lord, I ask that this VBS would be life-changing to each teen and adult who volunteers to help.I lift up prayer for the parents.
I pray that the parents of the children will be receptive to all the good things that the children learn at VBS.
I pray that the parents will welcome hearing their child sing the songs and retell the stories.I pray that you would inspire the parents to become more focused on you in their daily life. I pray that the parents would yield to you as you stir them to grow and mature in you. I pray that the parents would yield to you as you stir them to daily teach their children more about you.
Lord,
I pray that all the efforts given to this VBS
will yield
great fruit -
fruit of feeling loved by YOU
and
fruit of getting closer to YOU.May your loving hand guide each part of this experience.

Lord God, we ask Your blessing on Barnyard Roundup VBS. Kids and families need to hear the message that Jesus gathers us together. The Lord is MY shepherd! Your care, provision, leadership, forgiveness, and salvation in Psalm 23 are the now and forever good news we all need! Provide Your presence and strength for all of us who are planning VBS 2016. Send Your holy angels to guard and protect us that Satan does not hinder the journey of Your Word as proclaimed in Barnyard Roundup to the hearts and lives of children, volunteers, and families. Lord, in Your mercy, hear our prayer for Jesus' sake. Amen.
Dear Heavenly Father, how I thank You for the sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus Christ, which secured victory for me and for all of Your children. Thank You for our eternal victory over death, and for our immediate victory over sin. Please grant me a deeper understanding of Your power on my behalf, that I may steward it well, applying it and walking in victory. It's in the name of my Savior, Jesus Christ, that I pray. Amen.
Father God, I come before You in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ praising You with all my heart, mind and strength for the victory you have given me through Jesus Christ, my personal Lord and Savior.
The Bible says that Jesus Christ has redeemed me from the curse of the law, therefore sickness, disease, pain, suffering, poverty and death has no power over me. I am now free from the law of sin and death. The spirit of Christ Jesus dwells in me. My body is a temple for the Holy Spirit, redeemed, cleansed, and sanctified by the blood of Jesus. I am a child of the living God. I claim my victory in the name of Jesus over all the works of the devil.
Satan, you are a defeated foe. I resist you in the name of Jesus Christ. I overcome you by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of my testimony. I am anointed by the power of the Holy Spirit to serve my King and Master, Christ Jesus.
Heavenly Father, I give You all the glory, honor, praise and worship. The Bible says You are Jehovah-Nissi which means The Lord Is My Victorious Banner.
I thank You Father for the victory I have in the wonderful name of Your beloved Son, Jesus Christ, Amen.
Heavenly Father, we gather together here online and come into agreement in the wonderful and powerful name of Jesus.
Where two or more are gathered there You shall surely be and anything we agree upon as touching You will surely do.
The Bible says that if there is any unforgiveness that it should be dealt with before praying.
Therefore we release any anger, bad feelings, resentment or any other wrong attitude before You now.
We lay it at your feet and we release and forgive those who have wronged us.
I lift up those watching this video and we come into agreement and lift up victory.
Together we declare that no weapon formed against the listener shall prosper, and any tongue that rises against them in judgment You shall show to be in the wrong.
We bind any demonic plan or strategy that would try to come against the listener and render all those things useless and void in Jesus Name.
We declare that the listener dwells in the secret place of the Most High.
They shall remain stable and fixed under the shadow of the Almighty God, Whose power no foe can withstand this secret place hides them from the strife of tongues.
The listener does not have a spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind!
They are without fear or dread of evil.
Lord, direct and make straight and plain the pathway the listener is to take that leads to victory in Jesus Name.
We declare strength and mighty power in the inner self of the listener by the Holy Spirit Himself Who dwells in them.
God is the listener's Strength and their Refuge.
The listener confidently trusts in You and Your Word.
We declare that they have superhuman, supernatural strength to walk in divine health and to live in abundance.
Thank You Father that the listener is never alone.
You promised that You will never leave them without support or forsake them or let them down.
That you would never, ever leave them helpless or relax Your hold on them!
The Lord is the listener's Helper and therefore the victory is theirs in Christ!

Loving God, you have entrusted us with the message of your power, grace, justice, and love. We ask for your guidance, that we may be teachers and learners together. Believing that you are in our midst, we set apart those who would serve in our Vacation Bible School. May they serve you in nurturing the spiritual growth of all who are entrusted in their care. Bless each one gathered here, enabling them to be channels of your grace. We pray all these things through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
