Prayer For The Weak And Broken Hearted
Dear Savior, we have been declared as righteous by faith, and because of this we have peace with You through our Lord Jesus Christ. Lord peace is already ours, but we have not taken it. Instead we have become broken-hearted. But today Lord, we choose to attain Your peace. We thank You for allowing us to obtain access to Your peace by faith into the grace in which we stand. Oh we rejoice in hope of Your glory! Your Word is the hope that we need and the healing that we desire, in Jesus's Name. Amen.
My Creator and Redeemer, my heart has suffered and is broken by the tribulations I have faced. But, I entrust my soul to You; my faithful Creator. Lord, You are the only one who can fix the issues that I have within me and I pray that You do. I pray that You touch every part of my mind and soul so that this pain that I feel becomes an unfamiliar feeling. I want to know peace and comfort more than the things that grip me right now such as brokenness, depression and anxiety. Lord I need You. Amen.
Almighty God, we trust in You with all our heart and we will not rely on our own understanding because our own understanding has led us to this broken heart. Lord, relying on our own ability and strength has caused us to feel more pain than joy; it has caused us to lose and not gain. Father, we acknowledge You in all our ways and we thank You in advance for making our paths straight. Thank You in advance for a peaceful heart, mind and soul. Touch our emotional wounds, we pray. Amen.
Father, I cast my burdens onto You because I know You will sustain me. You will never allow the righteous to be moved, so Lord I pray that I remain steadfast in You. Lord I plant myself in You and Your Word so that I can be made whole and so that I can no longer feel broken. Mend my heart Jesus and heal the wounds that are open. I pray for a comfort that is overwhelming. I pray for peace that is everlasting. Let every good thing be added to me in Jesus' Name. Amen.
Loving Jesus, we thank You for the peace that You leave with us. You give us a peace that the world cannot give, Your peace satisfies our hearts and does not fade over time. We pray that we do not let our hearts be troubled because that's not what You want for us. Lord, You want only good things for us, so we declare that they come to fruition in our lives in Jesus's Name. We pray against our broken hearts and any state of depression and anxiety; We release it in Jesus' Name and instead we choose to hold on to Your heavenly peace. Be with us Lord. Amen.
Heavenly Father, there is a pain implanted in my heart that doesn't seem to go away. It has crushed me, it aches, I can no longer bear it. This pain of the past consumes my thoughts daily. It hurts so much, Father, these tears that fall long to see joy once again. Give me peace in my heart, please, I'm crying out to You: hear my prayer.
Heavenly Father, in Jesus' name, please heal my heart and fill me with joy again. You know I lost my joy because of the things that happened, but I have forgiven the people who hurt me. Now, Father, I need You to restore my heart.
Restore unto me the joy of my salvation, Father. Uphold me with Your generous Spirit. Strengthen and help me, Lord. Put the bounce back in my step, the smile back on my face, and the dance back in my feet.
Help me to rejoice always, Father, for this is Your will for me. Thank You, Father God, and I praise You for hearing and answering my prayer. In Jesus' name I pray, amen
Father God, I've been struggling to forgive and let this go, but I know You can help me. Please give me a willingness to forgive the same way Jesus forgave those who murdered Him.
Change my heart, Lord, and help me to care more about obeying You than I do about holding onto anything that has been done to me. Help me to forgive completely and from my heart, Lord. Thank You. In Jesus' name I pray, amen
