Prayer For The Faithful Sample

O Mary, you shine continuously on our journey as a sign
of salvation and hope.
We entrust ourselves to you, Health of the Sick.
At the foot of the Cross you participated in Jesus' pain,
with steadfast faith.
You, Our Refuge and our Hope, know what we need.
We are certain that you will provide, so that,
as you did at Cana of Galilee,
joy and feasting might return after this moment of trial.

Help us, Mother of Divine Love,
to conform ourselves to the Father's will
and to do what Jesus tells us:
He who took our sufferings upon Himself,
and bore our sorrows to bring us,
through the Cross, to the joy of the Resurrection.
Amen.

Lord, may you support us all day long, till the shadows lengthen and evening falls and
the busy world is hushed and the fever of life is over, and our work is done; then in
your mercy, Lord, grant us a safe lodging, a holy rest and peace at the last. We ask
this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

LET US PRAY TO THE LORD;

FOR THE SICK, MAY THEY RECEIVE THE HEALING POWER OF GOD, AND FOR THE DYING, MAY THEY BE CALMED AND GRATEFULLY ACCEPT THE ASSURANCE OF EVERLASTING LIFE THROUGH THE MERCY OF GOD,
