Prayer For Teacher Meeting
Lord,
May your goodness and love be present amongst us today.
Come bless our gathering with unity, hope and vision.
Lord, we pray for unity.
Build in us all a deep respect for one another so that your church may be one.
Lord, we pray for hope.
Come stir your hope within our hearts and renew our faith.
Lord, we pray for vision.
May your vision fill our lives as we seek to reveal your love.
We ask all this in the glorious name of Jesus.
Amen.
Lord of all,
Be Lord in our school. We ask for your presence to be with us as we meet today.
May we be aware of your Lordship, that we serve you, your love and your children. Inspire our thoughts, discussions and ideas as we seek to work together to ensure that our school is your school.
Amen.
Dear God,
Thank you for this opportunity to meet together. Please help us to come together to make this business reflect your kingdom. Breathe life into our ideas and decisions, and help us to build a team that has love and respect at its heart. Lord, come give us the inspiration to be the best we can be.
May we be a shining example of your goodness and truth within the work place.

Heavenly Father, we come to you today asking for your guidance, wisdom, and support as we begin this meeting. Help us to engage in meaningful discussion; allow us to grow closer as a group and nurture the bonds of community. Fill us with your grace, Lord God, as we make decisions that might affect the students, staff, faculty, alumni and friends of Saint Louis University. And continue to remind us that all that we do here today, all that we accomplish, is for the pursuit of truth for the greater glory of You, and for the service of humanity. We ask these things in your name, Amen.
Lord, we are meeting today to conduct matters of business.
Guide our hearts and our minds in the spirit of fairness, right
thought and speech. Impart Your supreme wisdom upon our
activities so that our affairs may reach a successful conclusion.
Thank You for being our source of guidance today.
Lord, as we go into this meeting, we place ourselves before You, for You are filled with the beauty and light and care deeply about us. Help us to value and appreciate those we are gather with. may Your light enfold us. May Your Spirit guide us. May Your grace abound in is.

Thank you for the beauty and majesty we see in your creation.
Thank you for the opportunity to care for the world you have made.
We ask that your blessing would rest on this team, that you would give us
great vision and enthusiasm for our work.
Please bless the efforts of our hands, the bonds between us and the
influence of our work in this location and beyond.
Lord, as we plan and share together now, may you guide us by your Holy Spirit and lead us into all truth.

We welcome our new colleagues into our family and ask that you bless them and guide them as they begin their journey with us

Help us to be present and compassionate for those for whom these new beginnings bring fear and uncertainty
