Prayer For Struggling Family
Yeshua, reach out and touch. Pass through each and every home today that is struggling. Restore the peace, love and tranquility that they once knew.
Allow the tears of distress that fall to be transformed into tears of joy. And I pray that You will be praised in every household during the raging storms.
Even as they await their victory, to overcome these situations and problems within their home, may your name be lifted high. In Jesus' mighty and powerful name I pray, Amen and Amen!
Heavenly Father, our hearts are troubled because of the heated exchanges that we have been having as a family. We have turned against each other instead of fighting for our family. Lord remove anger and strife from our midst for where there is strife there is every evil work. Shut every evil door that we have opened for the enemy to come into this family and control us. Still our hearts with your peace and help us to operate in the peace of Christ that surpasses all understanding. In Jesus' name, we believe and pray, Amen.
Oh God, thank you for your word because it is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto our path. Your word says that we do not war against flesh and blood but principalities, powers and the rulers of darkness. We come before you as a family today because we know it is the enemy who has been behind the strife that we've been experiencing in this house. The enemy is not happy with the progress that we are making as a family. Even though we've fallen into the enemy's traps several times, we are rising again in the power of the Holy Ghost. We declare and decree that conflict is not our portion. Lord, help us to do things that will bring glory to your name. In Jesus' name, we believe and pray, Amen.
Lord, thank you for my precious family. Thank you for your protection and love towards us. Heavenly Father, the enemy's hand is against this family. We no longer approach family matters with humility. God, fight for us. Help us to be humble not just towards you and others but even when we are interacting with each other. Even though we might not agree all the time, help us to be humble ourselves and listen to each other even when we have differing views. In Jesus' name, I believe and pray, Amen.
Dear Lord Jesus, you say in your word that those who labor and are heavy-laden should come to you and you give them rest. Jesus, I come to you with this burden that I've been carrying for a long time. There are so many unresolved issues in our family, but no one is willing to resolve them. We are all pretending that everything is fine, but in reality, we are no longer close the way we used to be as a family. Bring healing into our hearts. Let every hurt, pain and bad memories be washed away with your blood. Cleanse us from resentment and bitterness and help us to love one another just the way you love us. We pray this trusting and believing in your holy name, Amen.
Oh Lord, We have had many disagreements among ourselves as a family. Lord, none of us is ready to admit their mistake; we only want to blame others. Holy Spirit, remind us of the great sacrifice that our heavenly Father made for us through his Son Jesus that we may be humbled in our hearts. Please help us to stop looking at each other's weaknesses and faults. May we forgive one another and be the family that brings glory to your name. In Jesus' name, I believe and pray, Amen.
Heavenly Father, I bring our family before your throne. Lord, it has been from one conflict to another, and every time we try to resolve our differences, things keep getting worse. The enemy is determined to separate us, but you are the one who brought us together. I stand firm in the authority that you've given me as your child, and I command the devil to leave our family alone. We are covered with the blood of Jesus, and nothing will, by any means, hurt us. In Jesus' name, I believe and pray, Amen.
Dear God, in your infinite wisdom, you started the institution of marriage and family. I believe that my family is a gift from you and the first ministry that you have given to me. But, God, the enemy has waged war against my family. Peace has been replaced with conflict and manipulation. We used to love and respect each other, and now everyone is self-centered. Lord, I repent on behalf of everyone. All of us have wronged you and each other with our selfishness. Forgive us, give us patience so that we can resolve our differences in an amicable way. In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen.
