Prayer For Someone Sick In Hospital
Father in Heaven,
You know the news I just received, for You know everything. Father, be with my dear brother in Christ. He just had a seizure and is on the way to the hospital. Only You know what is going on right now, Lord, and I pray that my friend may be healed of whatever is going on. Lord, I pray that this will be the only seizure he will have. Father, be with his wife and children. I know they are scared right now. Give them peace through this, Lord. You are the Great Physician, and I know Your hand is in this. I love You! Amen
Father, It is not my wish for me to be on the hospital bed, O God, heal me today, in the name of Jesus.
Father, have mercy and compassion for me and my sins, in the name of Jesus. Father,
All our times are in Thy hand.
All diseases come at Thy call, and go at Thy bidding.
Thou redeemest our life from destruction, and crownest us with loving kindness and tender mercies.
We bless Thee, that Thou hast heard prayer, and commanded deliverances for our friend and
Thy servant, who has been under Thine afflicting hand.
He (or she) was brought low, but Thou hast helped him (her).
May he (she) not only live, but declare the works of the Lord!
As Thou hast delivered his eyes from tears, his feet from falling, and his soul from death,
may he daily inquire:What shall I render unto the Lord for all his benefits towards me,and
resolve to offer unto Thee the sacrifices of thanksgiving, and to call upon the name of the Lord.
May we ever remember that recovery is only a reprieve and
that some day we will go to our rest in the Lord.
May we therefore secure the righteous path and live with eternity ever in our view.
O Lord God, I come to You for help and succor.
Give me grace to bear my child's affliction with patience and strength.
Bless me, O Father, and restore my child [child's name] to health.
Do not forsake us, but give us an assurance of Your loving Kingdom.

Dear Father,
I am concerned for my friend who is ill. So I lift my prayers to you, King of Kings and Lord of Lords! You put the stars in the sky and filled the seas with water. You are the giver of life whom understands the wonderful development of a new baby and filled the earth with plant life that provides us with medicine. So I am confident that you can touch my dear friend and bring your restoration. Give their bodies new strength, health and wholeness. Cover their hearts, minds and emotions with the oil of your healing.
I trust them into your care, because you love them even more than I do.

Dear God,
Touch, heal, restore, amend, redeem, awaken, hold, breathe, sing, speak! We invite you to come and be Lord in this situation. We open our hearts, our minds, our hands and welcome your restoring power. May this sickness end and may your healing begin.
