Prayer For Someone Looking For A Job
Glorious Father, in Jesus' Name, we command the doors of favor and opportunity for employment to open for our unemployed brothers and sisters! As a Church Family, we confess that as they seek Your Kingdom above all else and live righteously, You will give them everything they need. We decree that they will not be idle or lazy, wanting much, but doing little. No! They will be diligent and work hard, and will prosper. We declare that our unemployed will not be worried about anything. Instead, they will pray about everything and trust You to meet their needs. They will remain thankful for all You have done in their lives. Even when they are confronted with rejection or negative reports, they will remain confident that You are for them and they will not be fearful of what people will do to them. We confess that they will continually study Your Word and meditate on it day and night. As they do this, they will prosper and succeed in all that they do. We decree that Your favor will surround them as with a shield when they go for interviews.
Holy Spirit, help our unemployed friends and family members (speak the names) to prepare themselves and enhance their skills so that they will be ready when opportunities present themselves. Help them to wait patiently on the Lord and trust Him to guide them to the job He has for them. Enlighten the eyes of their understanding to know their strengths and to find creative ways to highlight their resumes and job applications. Touch the hearts of those who are resistant to change and encourage them to look for new career opportunities. Remove fear and anxiety from their lives. Help (speak the names) to resist pride and to be humble and honest with those who will interview them. Show them how to use sound judgment as they weigh their job offers. Continue to supernaturally meet their day-to-day needs as they continue to pursue employment opportunities. When (speak the names) receive their new jobs, remind them to tithe and to honor You with their wealth and with the best part of everything they produce to show their gratitude to God, our Father.
Lord, I am coming to you today with a heavy heart filled with regret over the past, and anxiety for the future. I am out of work, and my finances are in deep trouble. I have made many mistakes. Help me to forgive myself, and others, so that I may make amends with all concerned.
Grant me peace of mind, so I can fill my life with your goodness and grace. Guide me toward a good job where I may fulfill my needs as a better and wiser person. Thank you Lord, for listening to me and helping me today. Life is not always easy, but I will strive to remember that You are always there to help me As you are right in this moment. Thank you!
God be with me today in finding employment. Lead me to work that I love, and that has value. Guide me to a place with an atmosphere of respect and cooperation, in a safe and happy environment. Help me to find fulfillment mentally and financially. Thank you God, for bringing this to me today!
Lord Jesus Christ, you are the God from whom all blessings flow. Please bless me with new opportunities for work. I am made in your image and I want to use the talents you have given me in a useful and effective way. Lead me to the right opportunity at this time. I am grateful for all the blessings you have given throughout my life so far and look to the future with faith in your continued goodness. Increase my faith that I may rely on you during this period of change. In your mighty and powerful name, Amen.
Heavenly Father, your love has transformed my life. As I look for a new job, I pray you would guide me as I seek. As I consider various opportunities I pray that you would keep my heart rooted and fixed in you. Help me to make decisions based on your wisdom rather than my desires. Guide my steps and make clear the path you are opening up before me. Lord, bless me and keep me, make your face shine upon me. Turn your face towards me and give me peace. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen.
Heavenly father, I ask that you provide a job suited for my needs this day. Lead me to a job that will accommodate me without hesitation. You are the rock on which I stand. I ask that You provide me with a job that is both stable and without shaky grounds.
I ask that my talents, skills, abilities and education will be put into practical use. That way, I can have sufficient to pay my bills, and place bread on my table for myself and my family. May I also be able to give back what is due to You, Father.
Heavenly father, I come before You seeking Your help in this time of desperate need.
Lord, You said to ask and it shall be given to me, seek and I will find, knock and doors shall be opened for me.
Lord, this day You know my needs, You know my struggles, You know the crisis I face each day and you are not a God of confusion but a God who hears and answers.
You are Jehovah Jireh, my provider and you will never let Your children go a day without bread. I plead for a breakthrough in my life and I trust in You because victory is mine, in Jesus name.
As I am about to apply for a job, I pray for your four favor upon these resumes.
I pray that you would cover and shield it under your blood so that whoever reads this will acknowledge it, and not only acknowledge it but I will be hired.
Through You Lord, these applications will be highly considered and favor will be mine.
Your blessing upon me this day so that wherever my applications go, it will not be rejected but will be acknowledged.
My resumes will not be void but I will get many opportunities for You are the God who gives.
