Prayer For Sleeplessness
Lord Jesus, when we have sleepless nights because of our current issues and prevailing worries, help us to quietly turn to You in prayer. Enable us to share deep concerns with You and to sincerely seek Your guidance and grace, strength and healing. In Your Holy Name, we quietly pray. Amen.
Heavenly Father, You know that I suffer with an ongoing sleep disorder and it does not seem to be improving at all. I come to You humbly, to ask that You would look down in pity on my situation and grant me the healing and strength I need to get a good night's sleep.
Lord, I find myself going to bed and worrying that I will not get to sleep and it turns into a vicious circle and so I ask that You would quiet my mind, still my heart and comfort my soul.
Father, I do not know what to do but You have said that we are to cast all our troubles and problems on You and so tonight, I cast all my cares upon You and pray that You would do a work in me to enable me to overcome this unpleasant sleep disorder, and I will give You all the praise and glory. In Jesus' name I pray,

Heavenly Father, I pray that as I go to bed tonight that You would give me a peaceful nights sleep and help me to wake refreshed, ready and willing to do Your will.
Thank You, that You have given us this blessed time when our bodies and souls have an opportunity to be renewed, revived and revitalised. Keep me throughout the night-time hours under Your protection, and may the angel of Your presence encamp around me tonight, for I love and trust You to keep me from all evil.
Grant me Your perfect peace in my heart, and give me such a knowledge of Your closeness Lord, that I may rest securely, sleep soundly and sense that blessed assurance of Your love and grace surrounding me. This I ask in Jesus' name,

Now that the day has ended, I praise you, Holy One, and entreat that the evening and the night be undisturbed. Grant this to me, Savior, and save me.

Wrap Your gentle arms around me as I sob quietly into the night. Restore that joy and happiness I once knew, for pain only endures for the night and surely joy comes in the morning.
Allow me to find rest before the morning draws near. So I can go out and face the world and all that life has to throw at me, in confidence and with a smile.
I rest assured that You are always with me and the battle is already won! In Jesus mighty name, Amen!
God of Enduring Faithfulness, I come before You sleepless and weary. I don't know why sleep has become so difficult for me, but it has started affecting my health. For this reason, I am praying a promise You have given in Your Word back to You. You have told us You will give Your beloved sleep. Faithful God, I cry out to You, asking for You to bring this beloved one the rest that I need. Amen.
You alone know what I have been through and what I am going through at present and all that I ask is that You help me through it.
Savior, please hear my humble cry. I lie here sleepless because it worries me, I feel so burdened and alone. Please comfort me, I need You now more than ever.
Lord Jesus Christ, During Your earthly sojourn You went sleepness at times and spent whole nights in prayer. But there were many other times when You slept. I cannot seem to get to sleep these nights and I cannot even pray.
Please help me cure this sickness, Lord, for I desperately need sleep to do my work and to behanve as a pleasant human being as well as to act in a christian manner. Enable me to get a goods nights sleep, or at least to spend my time in prayer with You.
