Prayer For Singles Desiring Marriage
Dear Lord God, I thank You for my life and for the way that You have led me thus far. Lord, the deepening desire in my heart is for a loving husband, a man of God with whom I can spend the rest of my life in a marriage union.
I ask Lord, that You would bring the right man into my life, a man after God's own heart. I pray that the one that You would choose for me would be a mature man of God as well as becoming the spiritual leader of our home, and that his love and devotion for me would only be exceeded by the love that He has for You.
Lord, I pray that I will not be impatient in my waiting for the right man to come along, but rather that You would teach and train me and make me emotionally ready for the man that You would choose for me.
Father, up to this point in time, I thank You for the blessings I have received by being single, and thank You for the way that You have led and guided me in every aspect of my life and work and prepared my heart to approach You on the subject of marriage. And so Lord, I place my future into Your hands and as that in Your time and in Your way, You will bring the man of Your choice into my life, and I will give You all the praise and all the glory. Dear God, I am coming to ask You to provide me with the wife that I have longed for, for so many years, and pray that You would bring into my life a beautiful woman to be my bride, who radiates an inner beauty that comes from a heart that loves You with her whole being.
Lord, You know that it is not good for any man to be alone and so You created Eve to be the unique and perfect helper for Adam. Father, I believe that You are still able to furnish anyone who seeks You with a good wife who will be a soul-mate and precious companion and lover.
Lord, finding a wife is perhaps the most important thing in any man's life and Your Word tells us that, He who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favour from the Lord, I don't want to do this on my own, and so I ask that You would lead and guide me. Give me the wisdom and insight to know which woman that You would choose for me. Help me to make the right choices and prepare me Lord, for all that lies ahead as I seek to wait patiently for the lady that I believe You have chosen for me. In Jesus' name I pray,

Dear Father, Your word said it is not good that man should be alone and that You would make him a helper comparable to him. Dear Lord, I pray that You will supply every man with a good wife who will be his soulmate. Father, I pray that You will help men to find wives because You said that He who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the Lord. We declare favor to every single man and woman, in Jesus' name. Amen.
Dear Lord, I thank You because You are the perfect matchmaker. I pray, Lord Jesus, that you will release the right man/women as my husband/wife, in Jesus' name. I pray that any force of darkness that is trying to stop us from meeting will be crushed. I reject any potential spouse who does not worship You as their one true God. I declare that Your will shall be done in my life. Amen.
Heavenly Father, You said whatever I ask, it shall be given. You said to seek, and I shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. Father, I am asking, seeking and knocking for Your answer in my life for a husband/wife. Lord, while I patiently wait, help me not to fall into sexual temptation, but help me keep my eyes fixed on You because the enemy is like a roaring lion seeking someone to devour. So, Father, by Your Holy Spirit, help me to remain pure and holy, trusting that my heart's desire will be answered quickly. Amen.
Dear Lord, I thank You for holy gift of matrimony that comes from You. Jesus, I know that Satan is trying to destroy marriages and relationships all over the earth, but I pray that just as Abraham sent his servant to find a wife for Isaac, Your Holy Spirit will help me to find a husband/wife to be with for the rest of my life. I stand against the spirit of destruction, that wants to destroy my marriage before it has even begun. In Jesus' name. Amen.
Oh Lord, Your word says that a man will leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife and they shall become one flesh. We pray, almighty God, for the longing desire of single men and women who want to be married. God, we pray for men to be mature men of God, who are willing to take on the spiritual leadership of the home. Lord, I pray that You help single women to be patient in waiting for the right Christian man to come along. This we ask in Your holy name, Amen.
Dear Father, Your word says that we must wait on You and be of good courage. So, Father, we pray right now for singles who want to be married. I ask, Lord, that You will grant grace and mercy to all single women and men who have a desire for marriage. I pray that You will give them the desires of their heart. Father we commit their ways to You and trust that You will provide a wife/husband in Your perfect time. Amen.
