Prayer For Shooting Victims
Dear Lord we pray for shooting victims whose hearts are destroyed and broken with pain because of the senseless deaths caused by gun violence. Many families are in turmoil, whilst children live their lives in fear. But we pray for shooting victims and declare, that You are their rock, fortress and deliverer, in whom they take refuge. We pray that You Lord will be their stronghold, this we pray, Amen.
Dear Father, we present before You those who are victims of shooting. We ask that You touch their hearts. Lord, heal their brokenness and help them not to think and reflect on the violence, but help them to turn towards peace in their hearts. So, heavenly Father, for every shooting victim, we ask that You will bless them and keep them; make Your face shine upon them and be gracious to them; Father turn your face towards them and give them peace in the midst of turmoil, this we pray, Amen.
We pray for every shooting victim, that in the midst of the hurt, pain and emotional suffering, they will not fear, for You are with them. They will not be dismayed for You are their God. Lord we believe that You will strengthen them and help them and You will uphold them with Your righteous right hand. Father be their refuge in times of trouble, Amen.
Dear Lord, we bless You that Your Word reminds us that we are only sinners saved by Grace. We pray Lord for shooting victims who have experienced death of a loved one by the hands of another. God we acknowledge that the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal Life in Christ Jesus our Lord. As we pray for the shooting victims, that You will bring consolation and peace in the midst of their grief, we plead that you will grant the free gift of Eternal Life to those shooting addicts' in Jesus Name.

Families mourn, children live in fear, and some in our nation respond by arming themselves with more guns with greater capacity to end life. Our disconnection and alienation has caused some to turn to guns for protection and safety. We ask that you touch our hearts with your love, heal our brokenness, and turn us away from violence toward peace. Help us to transform our own hearts and to seek peaceful ways of resolving our differences. Let our hands reach out and connect with those who feel alone, those who live in fear, and those suffering from mental illness. Let our voices be raised asking our legislators to enact gun laws to protect all in our society, especially those most vulnerable. Let our pens write messages demanding change while also scripting words of hope and transformation. We ask this in the name of the God who desires that we live together in peace. Amen
Father, You said that whoever sheds the blood of man, by man shall his blood be shed, for God made man in his own image. We pray for those who have taken the lives of others through shooting. We ask that You will give them a Damascus road experience. Let the shooting victims, receive peace in their hearts, as they continue to go through life without their loved ones. Let Your presence surround them during this time, Amen
