Prayer For Productivity

Father,

Your Word and Your promises for me are true. I want to take Jesus up on his invitation to stay close to him, to follow him, to listen to his voice, to heed his commands, and to love and worship him. As I grow and become established as his follower, I thank you that my life will become fruitful and productive. I thank you for these blessed promises. Thank you that Jesus will hear my prayers and answer the cries of my heart and that You, Father, will be glorified in this miracle.

In Jesus' Name. Amen

I Pray for freedom from the fear of man that would lead me mainly to attempt to please and impress others with my work. Conversely, pray that I would simply seek a sense of God's approval and awareness that I have been faithful with my time and talents. Amen

I Pray, specifically, for what God wants me to accomplish today, and thus to trust God for what I am working on AND for what I'm not working on today. (My resources are finite, and what I'm able to accomplish in any given day is limited.) Amen

Father God, you are a loving and merciful God. There is no other God before You. I thank you for all that your doing in my life. Please be with me and keep me in your will. Don't let me look to the left or to the right. Give me strength to stay strong and stand by your will. Don't let my enemies win over me. They always want the final word upon my life. You are the beginning and the end. You are with me my rod and my staff. Please don't let your people look over a good soul, for they too have been misguided about me. Oh Lord most High God make way for my life and keep me always seeking your face. I love you and want so much to stay close to you. Thank you for this day and help me to have a productive day in your name I pray. Amen

Dear Heavenly Father,

Your word says the sluggish desires much and has nothing but the diligent shall be made fat. I have big dreams and a thousand ideas but sometimes I struggle with making the best use of my time. Most days I'd rather crash on the couch in front of the TV screen and drift away. Laziness is literally my sin of choice. But I don't want to be lazy anymore. I want to be like the diligent who shall be made fat. I want to be like the ant who prepares and gathers her harvest. Help me to develop a productive spirit. I can never accomplish my dreams or implement the thousands of ideas I have living a sluggish lifestyle. I pray for your guidance and nudging when I'm being lazy. I know it won't be easy. Help me to develop new habits. Give me supernatural energy. Please be my strength when I am weak. I pray for your help to be a doer and a believer, not just a thinker. Guide me towards a more productive life for the rest of my life.

In Jesus name, Amen

Give me insight, Father. Help me to see any habits that I may have that might tend to make me nonproductive. Reveal to me ways to better handle the tedious tasks I must perform so that I can achieve the greatest results possible. Help me to organize my efforts, schedule my activities and budget my time. From books, by Your Spirit, through the people who work with me or by whatever means You choose, Lord, reveal to me that which I need to know and do in order to become a more productive, fruitful worker. Amen

Lord, I ask for Your help in planning my day, paying attention to my duties, staying focused on my assignment, establishing priorities in my work and making steady progress toward my objectives. Amen

Father, I come to You out of frustration because I am not pleased with my performance on the job. It seems that I am not producing that which I should be producing because I am just not as efficient or effective as I need to be. Amen
