Prayer For Peace Of Heart And Mind
Speak to us, O Lord! That we hear your voice in the midst of this trial. Teach us to live in unity where there is separation, have hope when there is fear, pour out love where hate arises, hold peace when there is trouble, and testify the name of Jesus
where there is silence.

Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me and know my thoughts: and see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting! Who can understand his errors?-Cleanse thou me from SECRET faults. Keep back Thy servant also from presumptuous sins; let them NOT have dominion over me: Then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression. And let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in THY sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer! (Psa.139:23,24; 19:12-14) In Jesus' name, amen!
I surrender and admit: I can't control people, plans, or even all my circumstances, but I can yield those things to you, and focus on your goodness. Thank you today for every good gift you've given, every blessing you've sent, all the forgiveness I did
not deserve, and, yes, for every trial you've allowed into my life. You bring good out of every circumstance if I'll only let go and believe you. I know that when I pray and give thanks instead of worrying, you have promised
that I can experience the kind of peace that passes all understanding. That's your kind of peace, Lord. And it's the kind I crave.

Lord, you deserve all honor and praise,
because your love is perfect and your heart sublime.
My heart is filled to overflowing with gratitude
for the many blessings and graces you have bestowed upon me and those
whom I love.
Forever undeserving, may I always be attentive
and never take for granted the gifts of mercy and love
that flow so freely and generously from your Sacred Heart.
Heart of Jesus, I adore you.
Heart of Jesus, I praise you.
Heart of Jesus, I thank you.
Heart of Jesus, I love you forever and always.

O God I focus on Your resurrection love Like a soft bed of grace, I choose to lie down here. I feel the peace You have sown into my heart, I choose to linger here. I drink in Your eternal love Thank you I am clothed forgiveness. I choose always, to live here. Amen. Amen
Fortify me with the grace of Your Holy Spirit and give Your peace to my soul that I may be free from all needless anxiety, solicitude and worry. Help me to desire always that which is pleasing and acceptable to You so that Your will may be my will. Amen
Lord, Deep peace of the running waves to you, Deep peace of the flowing air to you, Deep peace of the quiet earth to you, Deep peace of the shining stars to you, Deep peace of the shades of night to you. Moon and stars always giving light to you. Amen
Help me to refocus my heart and mind, to think on those things that are lovely and noble and true and right and excellent and praiseworthy. Help me to bring my cares to you, casting them on you because you care for me. Teach me to cast out worry and anxiety and fear and instead bring my concerns to you with thanksgiving. Help me be transformed by the renewing of my mind. Give us joy, true joy that only comes from you. Amen.
