Prayer For Peace Between Husband And Wife

Oh great, compassionate Buddha!
I pray for my husband:
May he never become attached to wealth, power, or fame;
Let him realize that ordinariness is greatness,
And demanding nothing is sublime;
May he never covet sensual pleasure; let him understand:
The wife who is with him in hardship is the long-lasting one,
And safety and peace are exquisite;
Please grant my husband longevity and good health;
Please grant my husband peace and good fortune.
Oh great, compassionate Buddha,
Please accept my sincerest prayer!
Oh great, compassionate Buddha,
Please accept my sincerest prayer!

Namo Shakyamuni Buddha.

We thank you for the discernment to know your truth and the conviction to call on the name of Jesus. If there is anything that we have been untruthful about in the past, please help us to share it with one another and give us the wisdom to work through it to live us in peace.

We thank you for helping us to be honest as we choose to submit to your spirit.

In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Heavenly Father we come before you to thank you for all you have done and continue to do in our lives and marriage. We come before you today, God, asking for a stronger bond of unity in our marriage covenant.

Father we ask that you will give us the ability to be a united front for you letting nothing come between us.

Help us, Father to identify and work through anything that is not pleasing to you so we can continually reach higher levels of unity in our marriage spiritually, physically, and mentally.

We are thankful and excited to see the work of your hand as we do our best to seek your face daily. We love you and thank you for all of these things.

In Jesus' name we pray. Amen!

Lord, Help us see salvation from your perspective, and know that it is for the good of our soul. May peace is within us.
Remove the lies and blinders in my husband's mind that is stopping him from seeing the light.
In whom the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that the light of the Good News of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not dawn on them. 2 Corinthians 4:4
Lead him to the truth that will set him free so that he will not resist your invitation for salvation.
Break down any resistance in his heart and mind so that he will respond to the message of the gospel.
If there is any hurt causing him to reject you, heal him, and show him that you love him the way he is.
Let him see that in you he has total healing for his body and soul.
Fill him with your unfailing love and show him how to receive it.
Speak to my husband in a way he understands and let him encounter you in a special way.
In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.

The creative world needs a future; it needs an awareness. Thou is the God Creator. Give every woman the strength and reflexivity that she can understand man and reality; and give all men a code of honor, so they can have tolerance in place of conflict. We pray for peace in this world, peace in the heart of people. May thy grace befall on all those who need thy spirit. And the spirit which is in all of us, may we be united in love and oneness. Sat Nam

Father, move my husband's heart to also promote peace in all he does. Remind him to not be quick to argue or seek revenge. It is to a man's honor to avoid strife, but every fool is quick to quarrel. (Pr.20:3) You have not made my husband to be a fool, but a man of courageous faith. Help him be kind, patient and loving, making ever effort to do what leads to peace and the mutual edification of those around him. (Romans 14:19) When he experiences difficulties with other people, remind him to not do or say anything out anger, frustration or revenge, escalating the situation and giving others doubt of his salvation and Your goodness. May his gentle peaceable ways help others see You. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Lord, I pray for your peace to rule richly in my marriage and in my home. You said in your Word that the peace you give passes all understanding. I receive that peace right now. I choose to let the peace of Christ rest in my heart. As the peace of Christ rest in my heart, it will extend to my marriage.

Father, all the circumstances and emotional upheaval that cause us anger, bitterness, frustration and hurt, I turn them over to you, and I promote peace in my marriage. You are a God of peace and not a God of disorder. In Proverbs, it says that those who promote peace receive joy. When things are looking crazy, it is the peace that transcends all understanding that will maintain joy in our marriage.
