Prayer For Peace And Unity In The Family
Lord, the time You have given me my family was the happiest moment of my life. Each of us has a dream we want to fulfill, Lord; as we separate every day to reach that goal, allow us to stay connected to one another. Help us cast the burdens that slowed us from reaching our goals. They are the best gift I received from You, God. We allow You to be the center of this family, Amen.
Oh Lord, as we work together to build your empire, let us be the light that leads the world to you. God, teach us to be good role models to the people around us so that when they see you and your love within us, they would want to know you more and more.
Grant us the patience to work together. Bring us all together as a family. Let us work together with understanding and compassion in our hearts. Let us not be rude or arrogant towards one another, as we light the way to your heavenly kingdom. Amen
Oh God, help my family members be in peace and unity with one another. Please help each my family member embrace and practice the core values of our family for the well-being of us all. Let everybody feel loved and respected in family. Let us be committed to the good of one another all the time.
God, you are a God of Restoration. You restore relationships and redeem hearts. You transform lives. We pray for our family unity and peace today. Help us to build bridges to reach one another for your glory. Remove any spirit of offense from us and keep us from being easily offended. Let the fruit of the Spirit love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23) be evident within our family. I pray that no plot against our family unity will prosper.
I pray that the peace of Christ rules in my family's hearts (Colossians 3:15). Show us how to be unite and to live in harmony with one another and be thankful for one another. In Jesus name, amen.
Heavenly Father, I raise my family to you today and pray for divine peace to enter into our home. You are the Peace Speaker. Just as you calmed the winds and the waves throughout Scripture, I ask that you calm the storms that have erupted in our family. Help us to hunger and thirst after you and your righteousness. Fill us with your Spirit. Let the Fruit of the Spirit be evident in our speech and actions toward one another.
Also bring financial peace to our family. Amen
God, we bow before you asking you to help us solve the division in our family. Restore unity among us. Give us the humility to treat everyone equally and to respect everyone's opinion. Let each one of us take responsibility for making peace with everyone to avoid grudges. Help us to refrain from gossiping; it fuels enmity within a family. Guard our thoughts against wishing for bad situations to happen to others. Let us always wish each other well. Amen.
Almighty God, we ask for unity in our family. We rely on you for your peace, which surpasses human understanding. Bring us together that we may stand for each other for better and for worse. Let your Holy Spirit minister to us on the Christian ways of living that promote peace and harmony among us. Let Him guide us in all we do, say, and think to bring glory to you. Shame the devil for targeting our family. Amen.
