Prayer For Pain And Healing
O Heavenly Lord, your love has always guided me through suffering. Even when my life seemed bleak, I had hope because you were at your side. Now, I ask for the oil of your healing to help restore my body to good health. I pray that you can be a living stream in my body that helps to restore my mind, body and soul. I trust that you will help me in my hour of need and help me to live according to your plan. I give you everything that I am, and I place all of my trials at your feet. You are a spring that overflows with hope, love and goodness. I hold your promises close to my spirit and rest in your peace. Please help me to reach the healing that I so desperately need. Amen.
I ask that you will help me to relax in your healing presence. Release me of all anxiety and give me a calm outlook as I strive to heal. Grant me strength in my times of pain and love in times of loneliness. Help me to heal and recover so that I may continue to do your good works on this earth. Amen.
Lord, you are beautiful, kind and generous. I pray that you see the pain I am suffering and the hurt it is causing those around me. I confess that I am responsible for the mistakes which brought this pain upon myself and the people I love. I thank you for the great wisdom you shared with me during these difficult times. Today, I pray that you help me share your wisdom with others so they may avoid the pain I currently feel. In your name I pray, Amen.
God, we trust you to provide for your work entirely, but we know that you often choose to provide for your work by raising up givers. God, bring financial peace and healing to people trapped under the burden of debt and release people to give and invest joyfully into the growth of your Kingdom. Help us to give in a way that reflects your own giving nature to others!
Wrap us as a close knit family, draw us near to you Lord, and bind us with your Loving Hands. Let us be drawn closer to You. You are the Vine, dear Lord and we are the branches. You carry all knowledge and all power. You Lord are our medicine. Your Words Lord are Truth and Life.
Help us put our trust in You. You Lord are the greatest physician. You heal, You protect, You care, You love, You are kind, You are patient, You are thoughtful, You are strength. You Lord are our Creator.
You know our thoughts, our sighings and our cryings and every hair on our head. You are Wonderful and make all good things for us. Heal us Lord, if it be Your will. Amen
Father, we ask for your healing. You are the Great Physician. Nothing is too hard for you. To be with you in heaven would be our great pleasure. If that is your will, we embrace it with joyful hope. But there is work to do. There is family to care for. There are souls to touch and a church to serve and a world to winand the second coming of your Son to hope in. So we ask to be raised up for your great glory.
Dear God,
It hurts so bad.
Dull the pain with Your love.
Blur the sharp edges by reminding me that from bad comes good.
Help me appreciate that after the sorrow, joy is sweeter.
I look forward to better times. I can endure anything with You by my side.
More than ever I find myself in the hands of God.
This is what I have wanted all my life from my youth.
But now there is a difference;
the initiative is entirely with God.
It is indeed a profound spiritual experience
to know and feel myself so totally in God's hands.
