Prayer For My Wife And Family
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12 NIV).
Heavenly Father, My family are so precious. They are such a joy and such a blessing. Thank you for leading me to marry this wonderful woman and for watching over and guiding our love through the years. Thank you for my children, for the wonderful times we have shared as they have grown and developed within your care. Please watch over them all, keep them so safe and cover them with your everlasting love. Thank you for being Father of us all. Amen.
Heavenly Father,
Please shine your light upon my family.
Give us strength to overcome all of the
difficulties that we are dealing with now
and protect us against any and all problems
we may encounter in the future.
O Lord, please bring us together as we
are meant to be. May the love that binds
us only grow stronger as we fulfill the destiny
you have laid out for us.
Grant my family forgiveness for any sins we
have committed. May we also forgive one
another Lord, as it is sometimes difficult to do.

May we always see the beginning of each day as the turning of a new page. Come fill our hearts afresh with love for each other. Please keep the memories we share like coals burning bright within our union. Lord, may your grace flow like a cleansing river between us, and your hope be raised up high like flagpole over our lives. May we always feel the safety of your Holy Spirit interwoven within our marriage. Thank you for the promises you give to us, the adventure you have put before us, and the love you shower upon us, each and every day.

Help her be focused, authentic, engaging, and loving as she interacts with the people throughout the day. Help us both submit to the guiding love and light of the Holy Spirit as we relate with each other, family, friends, and strangers.
Father, You supply all our needs according to Your riches in Christ. I'm amazed that you care about us enough to meet our daily concerns and to notice every detail of our lives. Even the hairs of our heads are numbered because You take care of Your children (Philippians 4:19; Matthew 7:11, 10:30).
