Prayer For My Relationship To Work
Father, give us peace as a couple. We argue and just don't get along with each other. I am not even sure we like each other anymore. We have done everything that we know how to do so we can keep our relationship together. But Father, we need to stop doing things our own way and start doing things your way. Show us your way. Guide our thoughts and our actions. Father, we know that your grace is sufficient for us as a couple. We have the confidence that we will have victory as a couple because we put our relationship in your hands. Our trust is in you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Father God, there is disharmony in our relationship. We have tried to reconnect, but things seem to be getting worse. Lord, you say in your word that two are better than one, and I believe this to be true. But God, right now, we are on the verge of a divorce and desperately need divine intervention to salvage our marriage. Rekindle our love so that we can remain as one. War on our behalf. Do not let the enemy come between us. Bind us with cords of love that can never be broken. Help us to understand each other's needs and give us wisdom so that we can rebuild this relationship. In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen.
Dear father, with tears and a broken heart I pray that my marriage can be saved. We have become strangers in our home. I love my husband and pray for satan to be removed from within.
Lord I thank you for my partner, For the comfort of walking hand in hand with him. Lord I thank you for his faithfulness. May you always guide his footsteps to love and follow you. I thank you for his patience. May you be his strength, root his life in goodness and grace. I thank you for his provision. May his work be blessed, bearing the fruit of security and hope. I thank you for his wisdom. May you protect him and guide his heart and mind. And I thank you for our friendship. As we draw near to You may we feel closer than ever before. In tears, in laughter, in all that we do, May we remember the joy The inexpressible comfort Of being joined through our marriage to You.
As we draw near to you, Quiet our minds Refresh our spirits Inspire our hearts Bind us together With your truth. We dwell in your promise Rest in your grace Bathe in your restoration Meditate on your goodness. Bind us together With your love.
O God, grant me serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
courage to change the things I can and wisdom to know the difference;
living one day at a time, enjoying one moment at a time;
accepting hardships as a pathway to peace;
taking, as Jesus did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it;
trusting that You will make all things right if I surrender to Your will;
so that I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with You forever in the next.
Love is the emotion that drives me here Lord. I love him/her enough to pray on his/her behalf and You love me enough to make level all my worries. Father, I need You to take good care of Name. He/she, despite the act, is always in need of Your favour and I pray that You show him/her more than enough. He/she shall be protected, raised heads about others, and miracles will be performed in his or her life. Praises be sung about Your everlasting mercy, and In Jesus Name, Amen.
Almighty God, hear this prayer. Almighty God, hear this relationship prayer. As You are first in my heavenly heart and mind and spirit, so do I desire a companion for my earthly heart and mind and being. Guide me to the partner You know is perfect for me. Help me walk in faith until that time of our first meeting. Show me how I can become a partner worthy of love. Then guide me through every stage of our relationship, so that, as we move ever closer to You, we grow closer to each other in Love, in Joy, and in Faith. Thank You, God, for hearing my prayer. Amen!
