Prayer For Mind Body And Soul
Oh Dear Lord, I am blessed in so many ways with a great family and friends around me and the opportunity to be a part of your Kingdom and I believe you when you say you won't forget me down here, I believe that you are crazy about me and that you are constantly pursuing me but Lord I'm trapped.
I'm trapped from fear and lack of trust in you Lord, I can't let go of thinking I'm supposed to be doing something more to help myself and I know that I should just let completely go of all my hangups. Many things in my life have all gone wrong at the same time as I've tried to grow with you Lord, my pastor says the walls of my faith are growing and these feelings are of the unknown, that I'm trying to come out of my childish ways.
You know what lays ahead for me and even though its going to end with me coming to you in heaven, its that journey between now and then that unsettles me so.
At this age in my life I should have some of it worked out but Lord I'm so far from where I should be that its crippled me in pain and fear. I have no confidence in myself, I'm so discouraged by the littlest of things and even in a great setting like a sunset or with my loving family I struggle to be grateful. Oh, I think about it but I can't sincerely feel it.
LORD, please slap some sense into me, its affecting my entire family and they know that I'm struggling and they say they support me but I can't continue like this and expect any sane person to want to support me.
Lord, please place your loving arms around me and hold me and warm me, Lord, please let me know its all going to be OK and give me another shot at life. Lord I've never been so low and I don't where its coming from- I talk with you non-stop and I just want to know that you are there for me. Please Please
Dear Lord, I know that there is no sickness you cannot heal. You know all things, you can do all things and I know you love me very much. With faith in your promise that whatever we ask in prayer, you will grant us if it will be good for our soul.
I come before you to ask for the healing of my body, mind, emotions and spirit. Touch me now where I am hurting most. Only you know what kind of healing I need most right now.
Let the grace of your divine love flow and spread to the different parts of my body reaching the inner recesses of my being. Comfort me in my pain and anguish.
Correct any malfunctioning of my body organs. Melt with your healing love any abnormal growths. Arrest all further spreading of all sick cells and replace them with healthy cells.
Root out all unresolved hurts, resentments, fears and feelings of despair and frustration. Heal all painful memories and repercussions of traumatic experiences.
Grant me the grace to accept this trial and sufferings and offer this for the salvation of my soul and those of my family and loved ones. Forgive me for all my sins and fill me with your love, peace, joy, kindness and generosity. Let me realize the deeper meaning of my sickness and trial and lead me closer to you as I find comfort in your loving heart.
Let me find joy and peace amidst my suffering. And with eyes of faith, see the blessing and victory that await me. And then, dear Father, after I have been healed, may I be a witness of your healing power and bring glory, honor and praise to you.
This I pray in Jesus' name through Mary and all the saints. Amen.
Lord, You invite all who are burdened to come to You. Allow your healing hand to heal me. Touch my soul with Your compassion for others. Touch my heart with Your courage and infinite love for all. Touch my mind with Your wisdom, that my mouth may always proclaim Your praise. Teach me to reach out to You in my need, and help me to lead others to You by my example. Most loving Heart of Jesus, bring me health in body and spirit that I may serve You with all my strength. Touch gently this life which You have created, now and forever. Amen.

I am lost, but I am singing. You gave us life, and you also give us the gift of infinite joy. Give me the strength to move forward on the path you've laid out for me. Guide me towards better health, and give me the
wisdom to identify those you've placed around me to help me get better.

Thank You for being with me through all the ups and downs of my life and for the many blessings that You have given me for which I praise and thank You.
You know the illness that I have been struggling with for a long time now and that there is little that seems to be able to be done by the medical profession - but I believe that I am fearfully and wonderfully made and that You know every part of my body. You know exactly why I have been ill for so long. I come to You now asking that You would work a full recovery in my body - whatever is causing this persistent problem. I pray that You would, in Your mercy, give me back the health and strength I need.
Guide me along the path that You have planned for me.
Living Lord,
Your love has held me and kept me through this suffering. Now may your hope and healing lead me quickly to a place of restoration. O Lord the oil of your healing flows through me like a living stream. I choose to bathe
in these clear waters each day.
I will keep my eyes on you, and trust in you that I will fully recover. I give you all that I am, and rest in your peace. I hold tightly to your promises. They are like a spring that overflows with goodness.
I wait on you.
Gracious God,
I call on you right now in a special way.
It is through your power
that I was created.
Every breath I take,
every morning I wake,
and every moment of every hour,
I live under your power.
I ask you now to touch me
with that same power.
For if you created me from nothing,
you can certainly recreate me.
Fill me with the healing power of your spirit.
Cast out anything that should not be in me.
Mend what is broken.
Root out any unproductive cells.
Open any blocked arteries or veins
and rebuild any damaged areas.
Remove all inflammation and
cleanse any infection.
Let the warmth of your healing
love pass through my body
to make new any unhealthy areas
so that my body will function
the way you created it to function.
Restore me to full health
in mind and body so that I may
serve you the rest of my life.
