Prayer For Insecurity
God, fortify me with your most Holy Spirit for I have become extremely insecure. Teach me to have faith and trust in your love for me in order for me to destroy these needless insecurities, anxieties, and fears. Through the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary and all the Saints in Heaven I ask you to please grace my heart and give me peace of mind, through the same Christ our Lord. Amen.
Lord Jesus, you came to heal
our wounded and troubled hearts.
I beg you, in a particular way, to heal all who are the the cause of sin.
I beg you to come into my life
and heal me of the psychological harms
that struck me in my early years
and from the injuries that they have caused
throughout my life.
Lord Jesus, you know my burdens.
I lay them all on your Good Shepherd's Heart.
I beseech youby the merits of the great, open wound in your heart
to heal the small wounds that are in mine.
Heal the pain of my memories,
so that nothing that has happened to me
will cause me to remain in pain and anguish,
filled with anxiety.
Heal, O Lord,
all those wounds that have been
the cause of all the evil that is rooted in my life.
I want to forgive
all those who have offended me.
Look to those inner sores
that make me unable to forgive.
You who came to forgive the afflicted of heart,
please, heal my own heart.
Heal, my Lord Jesus, those intimate wounds
that cause me physical illness.
I offer you my heart.
Accept it, Lord, purify it, and give me
the sentiments of your Divine Heart.
Help me to be meek and humble.
Heal me, O Lord,
from the pain caused by the death
of my loved ones, which is oppressing me.
Grant me to regain peace and joy
in the knowledge that you are the Resurrection and the Life.
Make me an authentic witness to your Resurrection,
your victory over sin and death, your living presence among us.
Amen.
Dear Lord,
I ask that you please help me with my insecurities and self-esteem that are hinderig me from completely giving my heart to my significant other. Please give him the patiences and strength to deal with me. Help me to treat him better and trust that he truly loves me for who I am. Please bless our relationship so that we may spend the rest of our lives together. Thank you for hearing and answering my prayers, in Jesus name I pray Amen.
Dear Lord, Please help me as he is so secretive.. I struggle to understand I am not sure why he is that way, but I am also so insecure from my past relationship that it makes it so hard for me. I have been trying to say that I really don't care but I really do!! I am not sure why he behaves the way he does but it is so difficult for me. I am not sure what to do. Please Lord help me to understand!
I pray for my son, who married a Jehovah's Witness. I never hear from him anymore. Although I am happy for him I hurt. I pray that he will keep in touch with me although it is difficult. I love my son!!
For my daughter that she can see thorough all those that bring along fake relationships that she can find her true love<.......>Dear Lord I pray these things in YOUR holy name.. AMEN
Father, I come to You in the Mighty name of Jesus and I ask for Your help in freeing me from the Spirit of Insecurity. I repent for allowing this spirit to dictate my thoughts, actions, words, desires, and motives. Lord, please search me through and remove from me any doubt, uncertainty, blindness, and denial that would prevent me from seeing clearly. I repent for any of my actions or the actions associated with my ancestors that have opened the door to allow this spirit to have accessed myself and my family line. I break and loose myself from the spirit of insecurity and any associated spirits of torment, fear, manipulation, oppression, bondage, and inferiority.
I come against any and all spirits of perfectionism, self hatred, contention, and strife, self-mutilation, eating disorders, and destruction, and I command these spirits go to the pit in Jesus Mighty Name. I apply the blood of Jesus over these areas severing me from my past and allowing me to walk forward and free from insecurity.
Father I ask that You would purge me with Your presence, realign my mind with who You say that I am, and cause me to make the ultimate exchange on a daily basis. Lord give me eyes to see, ears to hear, and a heart to follow You all the days of my life. In Jesus Name, Amen.
Dear Heavenly Father,
Your grace is so powerful. Your love is beautiful. Your presence is peaceful. Thank You for today, for giving us time, for giving us precious life to do Your will, and for giving us people to love. Sometimes my own skewed perspective of myself hinders me from doing things. I need courage. I need to be less insecure. Please deliver me from my insecurities. Lord, I ask that You help me to view myself as You see me. I pray that I will see myself as valuable, worthy, lovely, and beautiful. I pray for myself and for others who battle insecurities. Be our strength and help us overcome in Jesus' name AMEN!
Father, God in the name of Jesus, I come to lay my issues with insecurity and my questions of self-worth at your feet. I don't know who I am at times, and I tend to question my value altogether. I consistently feel overwhelmed in my thinking about what others have versus what I have. In the presence of others, I find myself drawing back and feeling uncomfortable. Lord, thinking about what I don't have, (things like education/house/car/job/money/husband) makes me less than. But I turn the corner today, God, for I am encouraged. Forgive me for being blind to your wonderful works that created me in your image. Forgive me for being critical of myself and for judging every imperfection. I now know that my self-criticism is a jab at you because I am your masterpiece. Forgive me for not appreciating how you made me. Forgive me for having little faith in the plan and purpose you have for me.
I declare and decree, you are my God; so I now step into seeing myself as you see me. Lord, I accept that I am here on purpose and for a purpose. It is written, In him we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to the purpose of him who works all things according to the counsel of his will. (Ephesians 1:10.) Lord, I accept that I was created in your image fearfully and wonderfully made according to your Word in Psalms 139:15. Lord I declare and decree I am nothing without you but I am all-sufficient with you, because of you. Help me to transform my mind; to take off my old self and my old way of thinking and to put on my new self so I can think like you. Lord, destroy every negative word spoken over my life. Delete every label that does not meet your definition of me in Your Word. Cancel the damaging effects of years of abuse/hate/ worthless talk. I believe nothing is too hard for you and all things are possible with you. Have your way and let your perfect will be done, in Jesus' Name. Amen.
Lord, help me break free from the bondage of insecurity. I confess that I've listened to the voice of the enemy more than I've listened to your truth. Lord, help me listen and know that I am loved, that I am perfectly made, that I am accepted as I am in You. Give me your Spirit to help me see when I am listening to lies instead of truth. Help me fix my eyes on you and all you are and have done for me and for this world. Thank you Lord! In your name I pray, Amen.
