Prayer For Hostile Work Environment
King of Kings, help my co-workers to do nothing from rivalry or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than themselves. Let each of us not look only to our own interests, but also to the interests of others. Let our hearts be kind and let our actions demonstrate love for one another because we are a team. Whenever one co-worker places himself/herself above another, please humble their heart so that there will be no conflict or bitterness among us. Amen.
Heavenly Father, Your word says that we will eat the fruit of our labor, blessings and prosperity will be ours. I pray for my co-workers right now; I pray that they work hard so that when they reap what they have sown it will be of great reward. Let them not become lazy in doing the work required, instead, I pray for an increase in strength and motivation so that they may excel in all that they do and in all that they receive. Amen.
Dear Lord, let my co-workers and I not be mere talkers. All hard work brings a profit but mere talk leads only to poverty! I pray that we remain focused on the goal of working hard for the good of this company, but I also pray that we do so because diligence is a characteristic that appeals to Your nature. Those who worked their land in the old testament had abundant food, but those who chase fantasies have no sense. I pray that my co-workers remain like the former, not the latter. Amen.
Majesty, the fruits of the Spirit are love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Fill my co-workers and I with Your Spirit so that the workplace can be a fruitful and God-filled environment. I pray that we adopt these fruits in our hearts so that we leave no room for the works of the flesh which will prevent us from inheriting Your Kingdom. Let us not become conceited, provoking one another or envying one another. Amen.
Galatians 5:22-25
Dear Father who dwells in the high places, I pray for unity among my co-workers. I ask that as we work together, as a diverse community, You will be with us and keep us united. Your Word states that two are better than one because they have a good reward for their labor. Lord help us stand together because the reward for the work that we do shall be greater together than alone. Amen.
My dear Savior Lord Jesus, You are my hiding place and the rock of my salvation, I come before You today, and thank You that You have promised to be with me wherever I go, and to guide me in whatever I do. My Lord God Jesus Christ, as I set out on my journey through today, I pray that I may walk in Your ways, and would hear Your still small voice, gently prompting me in the direction You would have me to go.
Please keep me under the shadow of Your wing, and grant me your protection my Lord God Jesus, from all the perils and dangers, as I step out into the unknown of today, knowing that You my Lord and Savior Jesus, have scheduled each day of my life, and nothing can happen to me of which You are unaware.
My Lord God Jesus Christ, You know the dangers that I may face today, in this hostile environment in which I live and work, but I am placing my trust in You my God Jesus, please send your holy angels to encamp round me. Thank You that You are with me, even when I walk through the blackest valley, for my trust is in You. May You be glorified in all I say and do today, I pray in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.
Father,
In the name of Jesus, I now come boldly before Your throne to stand in the gap for my husband. As I know You already know, he has been under severe attack at work from a new foreman who seems to want to get him fired. My husband is only 5 months away from being able to retire and there is no way that he can quit his job at this time
Father, in the name of Jesus, I now ask that You take this battle up for my husband and that You bring complete and total deliverance to him from this new foreman who has been unjustly harassing him.
Father, in the name of Jesus, I now Plead the Blood of Jesus directly against this foreman. I now Plead the Blood of Jesus against all of his verbal attacks against my husband.
If there are any demons influencing this foreman to harass my husband, I now Plead the Blood of Jesus against each and every demon that is operating behind the scenes causing this to happen. Demons, go now, in the name of Jesus Christ! I repeat, go now in the name of Jesus Christ!
Father, in the name of Jesus, I now Plead the Blood of Jesus as a Bloodline around my husband. Father, from this moment on, I believe this Bloodline will now protect my husband from any further attacks from this foreman.
Father, I now ask that You move as quickly as You possibly can to end this harassing situation with my husband, and ask that You bring complete and total deliverance to this adverse situation.
Father, I have full faith and belief that the Blood of Your Son Jesus will now protect my husband from any further attacks from this man, and that You will now move in the time frame You so desire to set my husband completely free from this man.
Thank You Father.
Thank You Jesus.
Thank You Holy Spirit.
Lord Jesus, as I enter this workplace,
I bring your presence with me.
I speak your peace, your grace, and your perfect order into the atmosphere of this office.
I acknowledge your lordship over all that will be spoken, thought, decided, and accomplished within these walls.
Lord Jesus, I thank you for the gifts you have deposited in me. I do not take them lightly, but commit to using them responsibly and well.
Give me a fresh supply of truth and beauty on which to draw as I do my job. Anoint my creativity, my ideas, my energy, so that even my smallest task may bring you honor.
Lord, when I am confused, guide me. When I am weary, energize me.
Lord, when I am burned out, infuse me with the light of your Holy Spirit.
May the work that I do and the way I do it bring hope, life, and courage to all that I come in contact with today.
And, Oh Lord, even in this day's most stressful moment, may I rest in you.
