Prayer For God's Guidance And Direction
O Lord, Enlighten our hearts by your holy radiance, Jesus Christ, that we may serve you without fear in holiness and righteousness all the days of our life. In him may we survive the storms of this world,
and by his guidance reach the country of eternal brightness; through your mercy, O blessed Lord, you live and govern all things, now and forever. Amen.
Lord, I pray you would move the Spirit more boldly in my life. I know that any sin can grieve and diminish the voice of the Spirit, and I pray against the temptation to sin. Help me crave your presence more than I crave sin. Help me grow in the fruit of the Spirit and so walk closer with Yourself. I pray for guidance from your Spirit- let your will and promises always be a meditation of my heart. In Jesus' Name, Amen

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death
Even during the times when I walk through the darkest valley, I will not fear. You, the Good Shepherd, are with me. You are the Lamb of God, and you conquered death and the grave once and for all!
Your rod and staff comfort me
Your rod and staff give me comfort. You lavishly provide me with a feast of abundance in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with the oil of joy
I am anointed with the oil of joyand my cup overflows! As long as I live, your mercy and goodness will follow me. I will dwell, reside, and abide in your presence forever and ever.

You will satisfy my needs when I feel frustrated and you will strengthen me when life makes me weary. Help me to follow your ways as you lead me into a life of fruitfulness and joy.
