Prayer For Getting A Job Offer
Dear God, I thank you that you have a job for me, and I know that in whatever position you place me, I will be blessed. I am blessed when I come and when I go, and I know that I am above only and not beneath. You have blessed me and called me your own.
I know that my success is found in you and you have given me the ability to perform my job with excellence. It is in you that I receive promotion, increase and success and I thank you that your blessing and favor will be awaiting me at the new job that you have for me.
God, I come to you knowing that you know all things and always have my best interest at heart. Lord, I come seeking your guidance today. Help me to understand which career path is right for me right now. I am choosing not to lean unto my own understanding, but to instead acknowledge you, thus allowing you to guide and lead my footsteps.
It can be hard to see the right thing to do from my view within my own circumstances, so I am instead trusting your judgement and your direction to show me what to do and where to go in this season of my life. Give me eyes to see and ears to hear what you would have me to do.
Dear God, I thank you that your word says that you know what I need before I ask. I am seeking employment and trusting you to place me in the best position. Not only to meet my financial needs but to contribute to my success in future endeavors.
I ask that this position be in alignment with the schedule I need so that I may remain faithful in all other personal and professional commitments. I know that you have a job for me, and I will trust you in getting me there.
Dear Saint Joseph, you were yourself once faced with the responsibility of providing the necessities of life for Jesus and Mary. Look down with fatherly compassion upon me in my anxiety with my present inability to support my family. Please help me find gainful employment very soon, so that this great burden of concern will be lifted from my heart and that I am soon able to provide for those whom God has entrusted to my care. Help me guard against discouragement, so that I may emerge from this trial spiritually enriched and with even greater blessings from God. Amen.
. Lord, you are my vision. Breathe your life into me today as I search for anew horizon. I face challenges in getting an interview, but I turn to you as my refuge. You are my rock and my truth, so I trust that you will guide me as I find a new job.
O Heavenly Father, you are the great author of my life. You have given me a wonderful family, my education and all of my blessings. Over my lifetime, you have guided me and shaped me into who I am. I dedicate the next chapter of my life to you and ask for your guidance as I begin it. I pray that you will open up new opportunities and job offers for me. Help me to expand my mind and heart as I work to find success in the world. When I am met with a closed door, I pray that you will help me to find a window instead. Help me to feel hopeful and confident as I begin job interviews at new workplaces. Through it all, I will carry your truth, love and hope with me. May everyone around me feel your glory through my words and actions. Amen.
Jesus Christ who died for me. I bow before you begging for your guidance in my job interview. I pray for your protection and covering over me with your blood.
Lord, when I walk through that door, they will see your light shining in me.
There will be no doubts in their mind that I am the desired person for the job.
They will see only decency and ambition, honesty and integrity, determination and perseverance in me because you are the head of my life and I choose to do the right things.
Lord, help me to wear your amour so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes.
Help me stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled round my waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with my feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.
In addition to all this, help me take up the shield of faith and the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God so that if I do these things, they have no choice but to take me because You are all they see.
I pray that as seek out effective employment, that I will speak only as you lead and nothing shall be on my own. Let my conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.
Lord, help me to say the right things at the right time pleasing you in every way.
Lord I pray that my appearance, speech, attitude, and behavior be in a manner of humbleness and not greed.
Guide my steps today lord as I prepare for this interview in Jesus name, Amen.
Dear God I ask that you be with me tomorrow on my first interview in over 10 years , I have struggled for a long time telling myself that I would not be capable of getting a job because I was nervous and scared of being rejected lord I want to thank you for giving me the courage to not be scared anymore and to have faith that I can do anything I put my mind to even when I want to tell myself that I'm going to fail you always remind me that I am a reflection of you and I can do anything in this world long as I believe in myself so tomorrow as I step into that room don't let me be afraid let me believe in myself and own that interview as if I have been working there all my life and to not be afraid because you have the last say so AMEN
