Prayer For Encouragement For A Friend
Lord, I pray that You will open __________ eyes to see You and follow You. Even though I might not see You working, I know You are. I believe, and I will not give up hope. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
Thank you, Lord, for being there for my friend and allowing me to cry out to you in my times of need on their behalf.
It is amazing to me that the Lord of the Universe would take time to listen to me and to care about what I say.
God, there are things happening around my friend right now that I do not understand. Some of these things make her feel weak, helpless and afraid. Even in the midst of this, help her know that you are the Lord. I know that the situation is in Your hand, and I trust You.
I beseech you for strength and for wisdom that she would be able to endure this situation and be able to handle it in a way that would bring glory to Your name.vIn Jesus name. Amen.
Lord, I come before you today knowing that all power is in Your hand. I know that you are the Lord and that you care for your people. Right now, my friend is struggling with a difficult trial. I can see her strength is faltering, Lord, and know that you have all of the strength that she needs.
I pray that you will reach down and touch her right now wherever she is at this moment. Let your presence fill the room where she is and let her feel an extra portion of your strength that can help her to get through this day. She needs you now, Lord, and I thank you in advance for meeting her where she is and shoring up her strength during this difficult time. In Jesus' name. Amen.

I pray for my friend right now. I pray that you will help them with the struggles they are going through in this season. For you know exactly what they need in this moment. Draw near to them and let them feel your presence.
Open their eyes, ears, and hearts to you. Help them have the discernment to hear your voice as you lead them in their next steps. Speak to them as they read your word and bring verses of encouragement and comfort to their
attention. I pray that you will calm any fear or anxiety they may be feeling. Replace it with the confidence to obey your word and to trust you. I pray that your guidance will be clear to them from this day forward. In
your name, I pray. Amen.
O Lord, I love this friend so much. She's/He's been so kind to me. I pray that she would see herself and love herself fully. She gives out so much each day. Please fill her up again, With love from others, restful times and hope that never ends. Come and encourage her when she is tired, May she see the fruit that she bears, Laden with generosity, her caring never ends. She is so much more beautiful than she thinks, Both in her heart and skin. She is a true rainbow, Full of colour, fun and grace. She shines for all to see. O Lord, I love this friend so much. She's been so kind to me.
Dear God,
I lift my wonderful friend to you
And give thanks for their friendship.
Please watch over them and guide their paths.
Pour out your spirit upon them,
May they receive fresh hope for their lives.
Brush away their concerns, disappointments and hurts,
Come open their eyes anew to your promises.
Stir up their faith to take risks again
May they be fully engaged with each moment.
Lord, please come and bless my dear friends' life, plans and dreams.

Lord Jesus, I have a friend who's in need of your help. He/she has been discouraged due to one issue or the other and is now suffering from depression. I'm concerned about what he or she will do if left in this state so I pray you uplift and rejuvenate his/her spirit oh Lord. Father be with him/her and solve his/her problems because it's within your power to do so. You're the omniscient and omnipotent God who delivered the Israelites from the hands of the Pharaoh. You know what she's passing through even more than him/her. So, I pray Lord Christ, that you grant him/her the necessary strength and support to pull through these circumstances. Thank you for this miracle oh Lord and we appreciate the upcoming testimoniesin Jesus Name I pray.

Lord, help me to be an encouragement to others in the same way that You have sent many little encouragements me along the way. There have been times of weariness and times of fear and times when I have felt ready to give up, but always at the right time
there was a short note or a simple call or a little token of Your love for me, which You sent by means of the many people that You have lovingly placed in my life.
Thank You also Lord, that You are our God of encouragement, and that we have Your indwelling Holy Spirit to help and to comfort in times of need. Teach me Your way and Your will, and help me to always heed the gentle
promptings of the Spirit of Comfort within my heart, so that I may not miss an opportunity to be a minister of Your encouragement to others in times of need.
Oh Lord, more and more I long to breathe You into my very being and be saturated with Your love and grace, so that I may be equipped to breathe out Your love and joy and help and support and encouragement to all with
whom I come in contact.
Show me Lord, how I can best be an encouragement to others, and may life point others to You and never to myself. May I decrease as You increase more and more in my life. I pray in Jesus' name,
