Prayer For Coworkers
Lord, I thank you for the gifts you have blessed me with. I commit to using them responsibly in your honor. Give me a fresh supply of strength to do my job. Anoint my projects, ideas, and energy so that even my smallest accomplishment may bring you glory.
My Heavenly father, as I enter this workplace I bring your presence with me. I speak your peace, your grace, your mercy, and your perfect order in this office. I acknowledge your power over all that will be spoken, thought, decided, and done within these walls.
Dear Heavenly Father,
I come to you today asking your strength and blessings upon my co-workers. I thank you for our place of employment and for the living wage it provides for us all. I pray the blessing from Psalm 90 on our work team today: May the favor of the Lord our God rest upon us; establish the work of our hands for us yes establish the work of our hands. (Psalm 90:17)
I pray for the safety and security of my co-workers. May your protecting presence shield them from all harm and hazards, illness and stress.
I pray for the efficiency and productivity of my co-workers that they might have the tools, supplies, strength, training, support and skills they need to accomplish their jobs.
I pray that my co-workers be blessed with a spirit of teamwork and mutual respect. Give them a spirit of cooperation, helpfulness and tolerance.
I pray that my co-workers will enjoy the rewards of their labor. Give them a sense of ownership, satisfaction and pride in a job well done. May they be recognized for their efforts and praised for their faithfulness. May they be honored for their service and be paid a wage that will meet their needs.
I pray that my co-workers will be treated with dignity, honor and courtesy and that they will display these qualities in their dealings with our customers and co-workers.
I pray for my co worker's families that you will care for and bless them. Grant them peaceful homes, healthy relationships and times of rest and re-nourishment. Send your help to them in any personal issues they might be dealing with and heal all of their diseases. Bless them with good friends, nurturing churches and feelings of love and acceptance.
Most of all, draw them closer to you. Help them to know how much you love them. Give them your peace. Send your grace. Pour out your spirit. And may we live by your Golden Rule to treat others as we want to be treated.

Lord, my Creator, I praise your name acknowledging that if it were not for your guidance, I would not be working here today. Today I ask for you to bless my fellow coworkers. I ask you that you may meet them at every point of their need. Bless their wives, husbands, and their children so they may grow in your favor. Send your angels to help us as we struggle every day at our workplace to meet our daily needs. We need patience and the grace that comes from you to be able to work with one another efficiently. Let us continue to have good intentions for one another as we carry on with our work. It's good to see each other grow in their field, because it brings us all a sense of accomplishment. We want to grow to care about each other's well-being and happiness. Keep us working as a team that loves to work with each other and communicate honestly. Help us serve our customers with kindness and efficiency so their expectations will be exceeded. Defend us against the work of the devil who brings jealousy, hate, and gossip. Help us grow with love that comes from you. That we may always appreciate one another's efforts and work towards our goal. Prevent our tongues from speaking the wrong words to avoid hurting our fellow workers. I pray this trusting and believing in your holy name.

God, show me how to love You more -- myself less. Help me to praise You more -- myself less. Help me to love more those who work alongside me -- myself less. Help me to be more aware of their feelings -- mine less. Help me to serve others more -- myself less. For Jesus' sake. Amen
God, I work with others all day long, and at the end of the day, I go home. At work, though, I seldom think about the personal lives of those with whom I work. God, forgive me when I see them just as co-workers because I don't want to be treated that way. Help us to care about each other as persons. In Jesus' name. Amen.
Righteous One, I pray that You give my co-workers and I, strength to complete the tasks set for us. I pray that whatever I do, I work at with all my heart, as working for You, not for human masters, since I know that I will receive an inheritance from You as a reward. It is You who I am serving, it is You who I pray is the center of my workplace and the hearts of my co-workers. Amen.
Precious Savior, thank You for Your Word that offers wisdom in times of trouble and uncertainty. Your Word states that if my brother sins against me, I should go and tell him his fault, between me and him alone. If he listens to me, then I have gained my brother. I pray that my co-workers and I, communicate in a way that diminishes drama and tension. I also pray that we treat one another with respect at all times. Amen.
