Prayer For Confidence
It is good to mistrust ourselves, but how would that advantage us were we not to throw all our confidence on God, and to wait on His mercy? If you feel no such confidence, cease not on that account from making these acts and from saying to Our Lord: "Yet, O Lord, though I have no feeling of confidence in You, nevertheless, I know that You are my God, that I am all Yours, and that I have no hope but in Your goodness; so, I abandon myself entirely into Your Hands." It is always in our power to make these acts; although we have difficulty in performing them, still there is no impossibility. Thus we testify faithfulness to our Lord.
THE SPIRIT OF PRAYER is expressed in the words, "This is the confidence that we have in Him." The nature of this confidence is determined by the connection. It is not the confidence of presumption, but of children in a father. God is dishonoured by distrust. Christ is dishonoured by unbelief.
Lord, I pray for Confidence. Let me not be bothered by what others think of me. Surely, when people put me down, You will pick me up. I might be trash, according to them. But I am PRICELESS, according to You! In Jesus name, Amen!
Dear Lord Almighty,
I come humbly before you, lifting up all my fears, doubts and anxieties and asking that you send forth your Holy Spirit to fill my mind with positive thoughts and my heart with faith that I can do things according to
your will and stop feeling inferior & doubting my capabilities. Help me to accomplish everything I need to do, and in so doing, be instrumental in the learning of others as well as in the healing of others. Grant O Lord
that I can demonstrate good leadership and can praise you in others and through others. I am grateful Lord for every single blessing in my life & for every opportunity you present me to be a better person everyday. Please
help me to be calm, collected, confident with my job and role, and most especially be at peace with myself and everyone around me. This I pray in Jesus name. Amen.
Dear God, you know my heart and you know that I love you. I'm trying to do my best to follow after you, but sometimes I get tripped up. Sometimes I lose focus. Sometimes I forget who I am in you and start looking to the world to tell me who I am. On the days when my confidence is fading fast, build me up again. Remind me of the simple truth that confidence can only be found in chasing after you. I can walk around confident knowing I am loved. I can walk around confident knowing I am enough. I can live knowing I have been rescued, free and called to do great things. Help me remember these things, wonderful Father. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
Heavenly Father, please bless and protect me at work.
Help me find immediate and lasting peace in the workplace. Please guide me to love others and achieve success in all that I do on my job. Help me to deal with competitive, spiteful, negative people in a way that is kind and loving and to no take their actions personally. Please send a steady flow of work that I can easily accomplish. Please guide my bosses to praise my ideas and implement them and bring me job security and respect.
Please bring peace to my life now.

Heavenly Father,
I approach You with confidence that You will heal my father. Heal his heart, heal his brain and remove the brain damage he has suffered. If You will it, it will be done. Heal his lungs so that he will breathe again on his own. Heal him from head to toe so that he can have the heart surgery that he needs to live, and guide the hands of his surgeons to perform a flawless surgery. Guide him mightily through his recovery, and breathe into him the breath of Life and miraculous healing with the kind of Power that only You can administer. To You be the glory for this healing miracle. I thank You for healing him, loving us, and hearing our cries for help and mercy. We are desperate for Your intervention.

And even as I ask for confidence Dear Lord, help me to remain humble in all that I do.
Give me the courage to face my fears, to stand up for myself, to fight for what I believe in, to bless others and to minister your Word.
Let the fire that burns within me touch the lives of others and manifest your love and grace to all. In Jesus' Holy Name,AMEN!!!
