Prayer For Church Meetings
Almighty and loving Father, creator of Heaven and Earth, we praise you and adore you, you are the King of kings.
We humbly ask your forgiveness for our sins, have mercy on us oh, Lord.
We are gathered here today for our meeting, (here. mention your purpose on meeting) send us your Holy Spirit to be our guide and give us the wisdom to understand every topic that we are going to discuss, enlighten our
minds and let your love be upon us, may this meeting bring success and growth to our team.
We Thank You Father for this precious time that You have given us.
All this we pray through our Lord Jesus Christ Your Son who lives and reigns with You in the unity of the Holy Spirit one God for ever. Amen.
Everlasting Father, we give thanks to you today, we bless your name together. You alone are good and your steadfast love endures forever. Your faithfulness endures from generation to generation. As we gather together today fill our minds and our mouths with praise to you. Guard our thoughts and our hearts that we may glorify you in every aspect of our lives. You are the name above all other names, the king above all other kings. Blessing and glory, wisdom and thanksgiving, honor, and power and strength, be unto you our God forever and ever. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen.
Faithful Father, we thank you for hearing our prayers, feeding us with your word, and encouraging us as we have gathered together. Take our lives and use us to love and serve you, and all people, in the power of your Spirit and in the name of your Son. We are created by your power, redeemed by your love and strengthened by your Spirit. We give ourselves into your service, may we love you and love others with all our hearts. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen.
As we gather here in the harbour of your safety We thank you for fellowship and family. We ask that you will strengthen us, restore us and inspire us with your love. Lord, would you fill us with your peace So that as we journey onwards We would pour out your love and grace to others. We ask that our souls would catch the wind of your spirit so that we would take your promises to all the earth. Amen.
Dear Father, We thank you for everyone gathered here now. Thank you that you know each of us by name and have caused us to walk with You. We say that we are dependant on You and our trust is in You completely. As we surrender ourselves in adoration we ask that You would come by Your Holy Spirit and inspire our hearts today. Come fill our lives with Your love, Fill our conversations with Your grace and truth, Fill this meeting with Your presence. We ask this for Your glory and praise. Amen.
Mighty God, thank you that you hear and answer our prayers. Hear our prayer and be in the midst of our meeting today. Thank you that your presence calms the troubled sea of life and speaks peace to our souls. Give us clear minds and peaceful hearts as we gather together. According to your abundant mercy, you have caused us to be born again into a living hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. May we live in the light of your salvation, experiencing the freedom that is ours in you. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen.
Lord, our Rock and Redeemer, thank you that you are perfectly faithful; you never forget, never fail and never take back a promise. You have promised that, when your people gather in your name, your presence is here with us. Fix our eyes on you and let our ears be attentive to your voice. Restore to us the joy of our salvation as we worship you. May we grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. To you be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen.
Loving heavenly Father,
We come to you this hour asking for your blessing and help as we are gathered together.
We pray for guidance in the matters at hand and ask that you would clearly show us how to
conduct our work with a spirit of joy and enthusiasm.
Give us the desire to find ways to excel in our work. Help us to work together and encourage
each other to excellence.
We ask that we would challenge each other to reach higher and farther to be the best we can be.
We ask this in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
