Scripture Reading
Psalm 143:10
Teach me to do your will, for you are my God! Let your good Spirit lead me on level ground!
Reflection
The day before the Annunciation, we sit with one of the most honest requests in the Psalter. The psalmist does not claim to already know or already be doing God's will — he asks to be taught. This is the prayer of a humble disciple: not "confirm that I am right" but "show me what is good." May the same Spirit who led Mary into her great "yes" lead us into ours.
Prayer for Today
Father, I praise You for my husband, Your unique creation. Please guard his heart and mind, Jesus. Protect him from temptation and fill him up with the good things he needs. You've promised to fill his soul with what he needs and I ask You to do just
that.

Amen.
