Reflection
True dignity is not fragility dressed in finery — it is strength that can face an uncertain future without flinching. The woman of Proverbs 31 is not anxious about what tomorrow may bring because she is rooted in something deeper than circumstance. That kind of groundedness comes from a life lived in close relationship with God. Let your strength today be drawn from that inexhaustible source.
Prayer for Today
Father Lord God, the mightiest of the above and the divine creator of all. We firstly want to thank you for the past days we've livedhow you kept us far from harm's way and sheltered our family. We also want to thank you for uplifting us when we were
in doubt of your power and we hope you'll continue to do so. Lord, like every day, we ask you to renew our faiths in you and never let us waver from our path to Your Kingdom. We will not, by Your grace, fall to any temptation
and we'll stand valiantly as Your sons and daughters in the face of sin. We thank you for the opportunity to have this prayer this morning/night and we exalt your name.
