Prayer For Youth Ministry Leaders
Lord Jesus, You welcomed young people and blessed them, and reminded us that the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are the children of God.
Bless + these men and women who work with young people in our community. Guide them in their projects, fill them with patience and love, and help them to inspire all with who they work. Let your Spirit of wisdom and understanding be with them and give
them joy and peace in their hearts. Lord Jesus, we praise you, for you are our Lord for ever and ever.

Jesus, I lift up to You today all of the youth in the Diocese of Phoenix and their families. I thank You for the opportunity that is ours, to allow our work and service to be a source of personal growth in holiness. O Lord, challenge us to greatness and to excellence in this ministry with young people to which You have called us, and in all of our day-to-day living. Amen! St. John Bosco, pray for us!
Lord, teach us how to avoid foolish controversies, genealogies, strife, and disputes about the Law; for they are unprofitable and worthless. Teach us how to reject a divisive person after a first and second warning, knowing that such a man is perverted and is sinning, being self-condemned
Lord, I pray that You would send a spirit of encouragement to __________ so that they might walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which they have been called; lead them to walk with all humility and gentleness, with patience, showing tolerance for those around them in love, and that they would be diligent to preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
Lord protect _____________'s sense of confidence in You. Grace _________ to not misplace any confidence in the flesh (their own accomplishments or the abilities of other people). Direct ________ to draw near to Your throne of grace with confidence for their every need.
May ________ not be distracted, discouraged or doubtful and thus neglect the spiritual gift You have given him/her. Give them the tenacity to take great pains to maintain the path You have cleared for them and to be absorbed in the work You have laid before them
Lord, please cause _______________ to be steadfast, immovable, and always abounding in Your work. Help them to know that their toil is not in vain.
Lord, give me eyes to see the unloved. With your sight I will see and serve the one who feels invisible. With your sight I will see and love the person who feels unseen and unloved. Take off my blindfolds and fill me with the courage to love.
Loving God, help me see you in the face and heart of every student, every parent, every person you place in front of me today. When I see you I will embrace you and serve you. Humble me Lord so that my pride will not keep me from recognizing you.
Holy Spirit guide me. Speak to me in every moment. Love through me in every moment. In every moment draw me closer to you and let me know your love that I might love others as you love me.
