Prayer For The Ill
O Lord, Only you know how hard life has been for me. Only you have seen each moment of my day and night. Only you feel my pain and understand my discomfort. Only you are beside me through my grief and sorrow. Only you have been within each moment to comfort me. O Lord, break through the loneliness of my suffering. You have encountered sorrow and laid a glorious path Of hope, healing and the promise of heaven in my heart. Amen.
Lord of all the earth, You hold the universe in Your hands You place the stars in the sky And lay the deep foundations of each planet. You have created all things large and small with intricate beauty and life. You have all authority and power to diminish tumour growths, to destroy cancer cells, to restore and heal each amazing part of our human bodies. Father, we call upon You now to come and heal this cancerous growth, to holt this invasion of the body in the name of the King of Kings and the Lord of Lord, our healer and redeemer Jesus Christ. Amen.
Jesus, With just one touch from your Almighty creative hand, You have healed the sick and raised the dead. How amazing is your Lordship over all the earth, How powerful is your redeeming love. How great was your sacrifice to go before us and bring forgiveness and hope. By your stripes I ask for healing. Standing within your reign and rule I ask for restoration. May life and wellness grow in fullness until it overflows. Amen.
Lord Jesus Christ, by your patience in suffering you hallowed earthly pain and gave us the example of obedience to your Father's will. Be near me in my time of weakness and pain; sustain me by your grace, that my strength and courage may not fail; heal me according to your will; and help me always to believe that what happens to me here is of little account if you hold me in eternal life, my Lord and my God. Amen.
Father God,
Many of us need healing. I need healing for past hurts, random physical pains that I allow to waylay my days and Spiritual healing for various reasons. I reach up to You to receive this healing so that I may be whole and that I may be able to then minister to others in a way that brings You fullness of glory. How wonderful to be able to worship You without stain or blemish and to be totally healed. Show others Your healing power so that they may also be healed and walk in wholeness.

Loving God, I pray that you will comfort me in my suffering, lend skill to the hands of my healers, and bless the means used for my cure. Give me such confidence in the power of your grace, that even when I am afraid, I may put my whole trust in you; through our Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.
Almighty God,
You are the only source of health and healing. In you there is calm, and the only true peace in the universe. Grant to each one of us your children an awareness of your presence, and give us perfect confidence in you. In all pain and weariness and anxiety teach us to yield ourselves to your never-failing care, knowing that your love and power surround us, trusting in your wisdom and providence to give us health and strength and peace when your time is best; through Jesus Christ our Lord.

O Holy Spirit please come like a dove Shield and protect now the one that I love. Cover their wounds with Your grace feathered wings, Shield them from sorrow, breathe hope songs within. Tend with Your goodness the pain that they bear Heal now their sickness with miracle care. Carry them high far above till they see Your rainbow of promise, real hope lies ahead. I love them so dearly, so help me to be All that you, Jesus, would give out through me
