Prayer For The House Blessing
Oh Lord,
I pray for your blessing on this home. Some problems have risen that I did not see coming and I fear how much money I may have to put into repairing these issues. I know I can fix the minor issues, but the heater is out. Father, I pray that this issue is really an easy, small problem and that I won't have to purchase a new unit to keep the house warm. Father, give me peace to know that Your blessing is still here even in the midst of uncertainty.

Dear Lord,
Trying to find a home was so exciting! I never imagined having my own home would be so invigorating. Lord, this was a new process and I thank You for putting the right people in my life to make this happen. My realtor was very kind and answered all of my questions to help me purchase this home. As I learn to maintain this home, Father, maintain my heart and help me to always remember that this home is not my forever home. You have a room ready for me in glory! I love You, Lord!

Thank You for leading us to this house. It is wonderful and just right for our family. We didn't know which house You would lead us to, but we trusted You. I pray, Lord, that as You led us to this house that You will continue to lead us daily. We give You the honor, praise and glory this day!

Father God, in the name of Jesus, I consecrate my home to you. As ownership has been transferred to me in the natural through the signing of a contract or rental agreement, legal authority is also transferred to me in the spiritual realm. I decree and declare that the activities of previous occupants and previous owners or current owners of this property are overridden by this legal transaction. Any previous activities and commitments to the powers of darkness made by them in reference to this property or land are forbidden from manifesting or transferring to me, my family, or guests and canceled and nullified in the name of Jesus.
As the legal authority over this property, I declare that this property is now under the jurisdiction of the Kingdom of God and all satanic activities or entities are forbidden from entering this place again. In the name of Jesus, I break all satanic rituals, curses, hexes, or spells against this land and property. Father, please send your warring angels to sweep through this house and property to remove every demonic entity and unclean spirit in the name of Jesus as I stand in my authority and command them to go.
Dear Lord Above
Lord, I pray Your emotional, physical, and spiritual protection over my kids (grandkids). Keep evil far from them, and help them to trust You as their refuge and strength.
I pray You will guard their minds against harmful instruction, and grant them discernment to recognize the truth. I pray You will make them strong and courageous in the presence of danger, recognizing that You have overcome and will set right all injustice and wrong one day. Help them to find rest in Your shadow, as they live in the spiritual shelter You provide for them. Let them know that the only safe place is in Jesus and that their home on earth is only temporary.

With smoke ascending like a prayer.
Bless the people here within...
Keep them pure and free from sin.

Bless our words and conversation,

Father,
We praise You for this fresh revelation today concerning our homes and the blessing we wish to bestow over them with this prayer. You are faithful to reveal so much more than we even knew we needed to pray for! And as the context of Your Love continues to unravel before our eyes, we pray that our hearts are open to receiving Your grace and truth.
We praise You for providing our dwelling place: a house, rented or owned, an apartment, condo, shelter, dorm room, bench, cover under a bridge. Wherever we lie to rest our heads, we thank You. Thank You for rest, restoration, and breath in our lungs. Bless and heal all those who seek refuge in hospitals, medical centers, hospice, and nursing homes. To breathe every day takes on a new meaning when we're brought to our knees with illness, accident, and age.
Forgive us for complaining about our circumstances, whether it be from our homes or in our ailments. We are still placed purposefully. Help us to live out every breath with the intention of opening the door to Gospel change, no matter what our door looks like or which ones we walk through each day.
As the disciples did fresh off their experience with Jesus, let us be willing to take risks for our faith for Christ to use our lives to widen the Kingdom family. Scripture reminds us that our names are written in heaven our forever home.
Bless this house! May it be every day changed by Your love, Jesus. Keep our homes safe. Protect our dwellings from fire, flood, wind, invasion, and theft. Let our houses be safe places to restore what has been lost and welcome mats for those who need Your love. We ask for a legacy of love that drifts down into the furthest generations of our family and the family of all that walk through our door.
